I stayed Sheraton Lima before. This time I stayed for 3 nights. What I found interesting the environment - very classical with modern amenities. Staff are there to help and courtesy. They are watching you but not intimidating with their over powering presence. There is lot of privacy in bar, front lobby, dining hall. Friday function with buffet and Peruvian music were awesome. The buffet price was probably a bit over priced on friday night but with 12 kinds of Ceviche, excellent food and music that price is acceptable.
Check out staff were very hospitable. Rooms were cleaned. All support staff including on duty assistant manager was personally supervising the guests.
Very happy indeed.

The rooms DO NOT HAVE A THERMOSTAT TO CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE. This is 2014. My room was aprox 80 degrees. The front desk said to open the sliding glass window to cool the room. I was in the 12th floor and the noise was deafening. Lima drivers honk a lot, like all the time and this hotel is on the busiest street. I called Sheraton direct, they could hear the noise, agreed that it was not acceptable and refunded my payment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nony Sheraton Hotel met all my expectations! Excellent Service!
We arrived on April 26th, the day of my birthday, we were there for 2 days. Everything since we arrived to the hotel was nice,clean, staff was very helpful and professional. Above expectations! Dinner was excelent, the show "Colores y Sabores del Peru" was awesome! . The person at the front desk was excelent, very helpful with good customer service skills! We mencioned my birthday, and he was very courteous to send us a piece of cake to our room; as a complement for my b'day! Excelent costumer service! Sheraton Hotel met all our expectations and above!

Only stayed at the Sheraton for one night, but it was enough to show us how perfectly situated the hotel is (right outside of the main plazas downtown). The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast, and the service staff was very helpful in directing us around town and getting us to and from the airport. After a long flight, it was great to have such wonderful service to kick off our vacation. Thanks very much to the staff, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lima!

Over the last 20 years I have stayed many time at the Lima Sheraton. It has clearly much improved (in part by closing its casino operation). Service was responsive and always friendly.
Being next to the Metropolitano station is another plus

Every aspect of our service was excellent. We used the following services: The front desk, the executive lounge, the concierge service, the shuttle service. All were great.
