We loved staying here. A taxi ride downtown was about 40 euros....but a 10 minute walk that was a little yucky but seemed safe....took you to the metro where we each got a 3 day pass for 18 euros. It took us everywhere. It was easy and convenient.
The room was nice and spacious though in need of some repair. The bathtub was huge.
The jewel...the club room. We've been staying in sheratons and Westin's for 15 years. This was a pretty amazing club room. Great food and drinks!

We have for 15 years had access to the club room. Here you only get access if you book the club floor... doesn't even work if you get upgraded to club floor. Lots of platinums walking around without club room access. Room nice. People nice. It's all about expectations. If I hadn't expected club room access I would be happier.

The concierge was wonderful. Rueben who parked our car was great too. Philiipe was a wonderful bar-tender. The hotel could not cool itself on a hot day. Our room never got cool nor did the 28th floor bar. There was not any Starwood recognition during check in.
I would recommend staying on Liberty Avenue - great properties.

Very nice hotel, good spa, the pool was nice just a pitty it doesn't get sun in the morning.
The staff was polite but not nice, specially the girls. On the other hand boys were more kind and resolutive and always with an smile. The worst of all the experience was a member of the spa staff, I won't sat the name even tho I saved because I don't like hurting people, but she was so rude, disrespectful never as I client I had been so furious. She ignored me, disn't look at me when I talked to her after 3 days of going to the spa I decided not go down again for the rest of the week just because she made me feel so uncomfortable. As a person who does client-facing work I think this is intolerable. Over all is it wasn't for this negative I had a good time and enjoyed my time in Sheraton.

My 14 year old son and I stayed in the Sheraton 3rd to 9th Aug 2016. The best hotel ever.... The spa/pool for me was great (and cocktails of course) and the wifi for my son and the really comfy bed. which he said was hard to get out of due to the comfort :-) . The staff were friendly and nothing was a problem.

Spend one night here on our way back from a week at the Sheraton Cascais as we had an early flight the next morning. Unfriendly welcome, little SPG recognition, room looked very warn & out-dated and in need of some TLC. Club lounge was was dirty and looked as it was left to it's own devices. Bed was very uncomfortable and slept very little due to some other guests having a "rave" on some floors above us. Overall good average Sheraton property and good location.

I have been in Lisbon for business for many months and always stayed at the Sheraton. All staffs made me feel like home and treated me as a loyal guest. The hotel is situated in a business district, but close enough to walk to the old town Lisbon. Rooms are modernly decorated and always spotless. I highly recommend this wonderful SPG property.
