My husband and I spent 10 days in Portugal. The Sheraton Lisboa was outstanding. We were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff upon arrival. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when we came to them with all sorts of questions from catching a train to shopping. Our room was clean and comfortable. Each day when we returned to our room after an outing our room was perfectly clean along with the bathroom. Susanna, in the lobby restaurant, along with all of the staff there were fabulous. The food was delicious and we were attended to very well. Kudos also to the top floor restaurant. The service was outstanding along with the food. Everyone in our party of five thoroughly enjoyed themselves (and of course the view is amazing). We did not have a single negative experience in our stay at the Sheraton Lisboa, even the location was great!

The service was exceptional all the guys at the front desk were very very professional, as well as the concierge man he helped us and suggested some really good places to eat (we are happy that we listen to his advice) Lisbon is a very nice city and we ate in several restaurants but the hotel restaurants are better by far special thanks to Susana and Anne for looking after us over two consecutive evenings the food was great and the service, Amazing … Well done and thank you !!

My Wife and I stayed here for a week in October. This is a great property, they treat their Platinum members very well, and the rooms are excellent.
It is very central to explore Lisbon from. Most things are about a 5 Euro Uber ride away. Lisbon is a city worth exploring, and this hotel is a great place to base yourself from. With so many great dining options in Lisbon, i would advise you to skip the average food in the hotel and get out and have a great meal.

I was at the Sheraton for a short weekend, the Hotel is very well located, subway one block away and taxis just outside.
The staff was always friendly, specially at Front Desk, Spa and Panorama restaurant, which has an unique view and good food selection.

We spent Valentines weekend here and chose the hotel for its location and spa amenities. The spa amenities were part of the hotel stay and proved to be the best experience of each day there. The large jacuzzi with multiple jets and water fountains was the right ticket after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly! helpful with all their suggestions when asked about the local area. The lobby bartenders (sadly I did not get their name) on Saturday night were the absolute best! Our greatest delight was the receipt of a bottle of sparkling wine and dessert for two from the Hotel manager on both weekend nights! Incredible Valentines meal at the lobby restaurant. Great romantic weekend for two!!!

This hotel is just so pleasant. Room spotless and the staff all very efficient and friendly.
I had dinner in the hotel and it was spectacular. Very simple, a lamb stew but beautifully prepared and delicious.
The Gym is great, lots of machines and they all work. Spa looks very tempting.
They have a pianist playing in the bar and she is spectacular, by far the best player I have ever heard in any hotel that I have stayed in. She plays from the heart and that sums up the hotel, everyone I met from the staff put their heart into their work.
I look forward to coming back with my family for a longer stay.
