Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay! Another wonderful stay at a Starwood hotel! At check in we were upgraded to a beautiful city view room. We celebrated my 60 th birthday at the hotel restaurant and our meal and service exceeded our expectations. After a day on on a wine tour, we arrived back to our hotel and found a tray of delicious strawberries ! An unexpected treat! Everything was perfect! July 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Loved our stay. The room was fabulous, on the 25th floor we could see almost all of Lisbon. The Club Lounge was very nice for entertaining guests. We think all Starwood hotels should have this. The food in the restaurant was very very good. We ate there several times. We even took guests there. This was our second stay at the Sheraton in Lisbon and we will go back again. July 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Club launch Very nice hotel with great staff. However, as a SPG Gold member I was planning to use the Club Launch and did that just for one day. The size and quality/volume of service offered is equivalent to 3* hotel not 5*. There is very limited breakfast but acceptable. However the Happy Hours do not offer quality/volume of the food. Traveling around the world I've seen much better service. If you are Platinum member the access is free. Between breakfast and Happy a Hours there is practically no snacks available. If you are Gold and have to pay 30 euro per day spend it outside hotel. It would be a better investment. July 2, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Surpassed expectations !! This hotel was exceptional in every aspect of our 7 day stay from the very moment we pulled in. The welcome at the front door and front desk was followed by exceptional service and friendly staff. Wow what a team. Restaurant and food at top of this hotel are absolutely the very finest in Lisbon not to mention the view and ambience .Well beyond my expectations. May 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice hotel but staff service needs to be improved The hotel is located in a nice area. The welcome and car valet parking were well organised. The hotel room looks nice but unfortunately some facilities need maintaining. The bath tub was broken and it could not be filled with water. The plug was broken and could not closed the drainage of water. The sound installation did not work too in the bathroom. Last but not least the bed was too hard. A bite disappointing was the swimming pool and spa facilities. Beside the overpriced charges of 12,50 euros per person to visit the swimming pool, the lady behind the counter was not really friendly. We paid 25 euros for two persons and she even did not have a locker available. Although there were many lockers (more than 30 lockers) in the changing room but according to this lady every locker was occupied. On the other hand there were only less than 10 people around the swimming pool and spa. She could not offer anything to store my personal gadget (Iphone, Ipad, etc.) and she gave me the impression she did not care. Further on the spa vichy facility was closed too and the pool was really small. My last remark is about the charges of wifi internet. I expect from a 5 star hotel that the wifi internet is included in the price. May 16, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel . . . even greater staff at all levels ! Where do I start? When the Doorman (Jorge) and the Bellmen (Alberto and Rui)) remembers us from a year ago, the Club Level staff (Anna Maria) looks after us like we were really VIP's and the Lobby Restaurant staff (Nuno and Joao) "welcomes us back." The Customer Service Supervisor (Vanda) is superior to any we've seen on five continents. I suppose the standards set by the GM are so high that most people would be pleased and amazed. THANKS FOR ANOTHER GREAT VISIT. We can't wait to return next year. May 13, 2014

The food and service in the Panoramic restaurant were excellent. Staff were very friendly. No enhanced room on check in which, as SPG Gold, was a little disappointing. April 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Obviously The Best Hotel in Lisbon The hotel is beautifully furnished and the service is fantastic. The rooms are not particulrly large, but they are very well appointed and have a luxurious feel. The hotel breakfast is alao a feast for the senses. We did not use the subway, but noticed that there was a station right next to the hotel. There are also three small shopping malls in 1 to 5 minute walking distance. We took in a movie one nite. It was great. Only a 5 Euro cab ride tp the center of town. The concierge arranged 2 tours for us. Everything was great. Its a very comfrotable hotel. I miss it already. The three areas of improvement are: 1) the check out time, it is too lengthy and seems clumsy; 2) the size of the bath towels; 3) the poor quality of the wifi coverage in some bedrooms. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Sheraton I've stayed at The Sheraton Lisboa is one of the most modern and best designed Sheraton hotels in Europe. I stayed in an executive suite (SPG platinum upgrade) on the 24th floor which was really beautifully designed, with a wonderful living room/work space and bedroom and a great view on the city. The room was also perfectly sound proof. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful, smiling, always ready to assist and help. The Spa has a large sauna, a steam room and a very stylish jacuzzi/pool. Entrance to the spa is complimentary for SPG platinum guests. There is also a relax room with 4 beds and another quiet room to cool down. The gym is perfectly appointed and very spacious as well. The outdoor pool looked very nice, too. The club lounge provides drinks and snacks during the day and more substantial hors d’oeuvres in the evening, and a very good breakfast in the morning, with several hot and cold choices. The breakfast in the main restaurant is also very good. And the view from the panorama bar at the top is breathtaking. February 26, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Appalling welcome I cannot believe how unfriendly the receptionist was when I arrived. I have stayed with you many times in the past and to have no recognition of that was unacceptable. The plain fact is that the only thing that is good about the hotel is the mattress and the view upstairs. Breakfast is dreary beyond belief, the restaurant food was stone cold and dull, so if you cannot even get the welcome right then that is really bad. Also I find it really irritating that you charge extra for the spa. Sadly after many years of unnoticed loyalty to your hotel I started to examine alternatives for my next trip.. Although I was disappointed by the business services, I was part of a group of 130 people and we asked to print some colour pages the initial reply was this service was not available. After pressing a little I was given access to one visit to Starwood level for my printing - I found this service quite disappointing for some colour prints! February 16, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by A place to return I deeply recommend the hotel. We were extremely suprised by the highest level of service offered by the staff. We were given all the help we needed and provided by the best hospitality. Rooms were of high standard, but that is not a big suprice for Sheraton - all the hotels are comfortable and best quality. The Lisbonian staff however distinguish among others with their kindness and care. February 10, 2014
