The facility was an excellent choice for business with access to the airport and train station. It had a great fitness facility which is a priority of mine when I travel. An employee named Manssy was particularly attentive in the Executive Suite and provided excellent service to me and my business partner.

Manssy the club lounge attendent was very kind and helpful. The lounge was a nice place to relax and the food/drinks in which Manssy supplied were very fresh and tastey. We have experienced the lounge on a few occasions, this is one of our reasons for re-booking this hotel.

Good, comfortable airport hotel, with some issues including staff not willing to help. I purchased a package which included high speed internet. I was given a room in which I could not get any wi-fi signal. I did not bother too much, since I was only staying overnight and always took for granted that upon check-out the extra paid for the non-working wi-fi would be discounted to the bill. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception kept sayng they were sorry but nothing they could do about it!!!!! This is way incompatible with the usual high standards of Starwood hotel service, or with any decent customer-oriented business.

I have been coming to the Brussels Airport Sheraton hotel very frequently in the last few months and generally enjoy my stays there. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, pretty good fitness room. What I miss is a proper swimming pool, also I would like to see the dinner menu to change more frequently (probably applicable only to frequent traveller like myself), however it's always an option to walk to the nearest town, where there are a few nice restaurants. It's about 2 mins walk to the check in desks, which is great. At the same time to get to the city centre you need about half an hour.
Staying in many different chain hotels makes them all look the same, however if I have to think about one special thing about Sheraton Brussels Airport hotel is Manssy, a staff member, who is always a good person to have a nice conversation - something that does not happen in many big hotels.
