Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel I stayed at the hotel for a week during a business trip. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to a number of places of interest. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a lot of choice, but got very busy at certain times. Staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. January 21, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceed my expetations I travel a lot and visit lots of different hotels. This I an outstanding hotel that always exceed my expectations. the hotel is big but very personal. If there is any issues are they always trying to help me out. The rooms are big with fantastic beds. breakfast is little expensive but very good. when i visit Stockholm will I always stay here. . Rated 5 out of 5 by Great service and super location This is the hotel where you want to stay if you focus on great service. When entering the lobby you are always met with at smile. The front office staff is always doing what they can to make your stay perfect and they really understand your needs. When you stay at Sheraton Stockholm visit the restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff has good knowledge of the menu. This is one of the best restaurants in Stockholm. The rooms are also nice. Sheraton Stockholm is located centrally in Stockholm - easy to find - you can go any where from here. I look forward to my next stay at Sheraton Stockholm. January 15, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location, very nice hotel, and nice staff Can't beat the location, next to main train station, right in the middle of Stockholm, at the door steps of Old Town, major shopping area, and many other attractions within walking distance. Gym, while a bit small, has great equipment and a nice Sauna. Staff is great, very pleasant and good service. Very nice breakfast buffet. December 29, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Irritating flaws When booking a certain roomtype and even got it confirmed at check in, everything should work smoothly. We arrived late and were appointed the wrong roomcategory. Too tired to do anything about it the very same night, we had to go through the hassle of changing rooms the next morning. I demanded an upgrade and we got a beautiful room, but the reception didn´t offer it volontary. Not what you would expect from Sheraton. December 13, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is in overall super Its got great location. The room that I had, business room that were located in a traffic area was almost totally silent. The walls and windows were very good isolated. The room was big with wooden floor witch is excellent for everybody. The staff is really very friendly. Have a meal down in the restaurant. Good quality and nice quiet surroundings. Fitness senter is very good for being in a hotel. Good room and ok machines The only thing is that the breakfast is way to expensive. Good but to expensive. I loved my stay at Sheraton Stockholm December 11, 2012

Everything is just perfect, be it the warm and personal welcome you get on arriving from Francesco and the rest of the hotel staff to the beautiful view over Stockholm from the hotel rooms. I am waiting to be back again for Christmas :) December 10, 2012

A pleasant hotel conveniently situated close to the railway station, shopping and for sight-seeing.The staff were very polite and helpful but check-in was a laborious process which really needs to be improved. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great long weekend in Stockholm I've spent three nights at the Sheraton Stockholm and was very pleased with everything! When I checked in I was offered a room with view to the courtyard (very quiet), and offered help to make some restaurant bookings. The room was great, clean, comfortable, bathroom had a great shower! I've used the hotel gym, well equipped, not very big but good for a quick workout. The breakfast was great, quite busy as 'Swedish House Mafia' was playing in Stockholm on the weekend, but that made the stay even cooler... It would have been great if wifi was free in the room, it costs around £10 per 24hs. At last, the location is right in the centre of town, walking distance to everything! Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel but no free WiFi for guest Great hotel, very friendly and helful staff, great view from my room, cleanliness is wonderful, beds, linings, pillows are comfortable and I had a great night sleep. Only downside, WIFI is only free for 30mins throughout my stay. Should provide free WIFI like most other hotels do. October 31, 2012

Upgraded on the arrival to a Superior room, hard to say the difference since we didn't see the other rooms but we could check in before lunch time. Service minded staff, without being "to much". Club lounge was nice. Next time in Stockholm Sheraton is one of the first choices. October 31, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor Customer Service I have stayed in many Sheraton's all over the world, and was dismayed by the lack of customer service at the Sheraton Hotel in Stockholm. The room itself was beautiful and the stay could have been extraordinary had it not been for a few key members of the customer service team. There was a tennis event going on during the period of October 19 to 21, 2012 that may have influenced the lack of attention I felt I was given. One member of your team, outright refused to help me book my boat cruise due to being distracted by a few tennis players. He told me to do it myself by going to the boat terminal early the following morning. I was new to Stockholm and his booking it for me would have helped a great deal and saved me time (further I was told by the Concierge earlier that they would book it for me). I was given old $500 Swedish Krone's by my bank here in Canada before my trip and when I tried to use them in Sweden, I was refused by four different places and had to use my credit card. Being very upset, I turned to the Front Desk for help. The Front Desk Associate was very sympathetic and offered to help. The Concierge was then called and he at first offered to help by exchanging the money at a high exchange rate, which I was very happy to do as I would not be in Sweden on the Monday to go to the bank in person to fix the bills. When I agreed, as this was the only money I had, he changed his mind and refused to do it and did not offer to help me further. I found this to be extremely poor customer service. While I understand there are policies in place, he could have done something to help or at least seemed understanding. I was made to feel by both members of (male) staff on the evening of October 19th that I was more a nuisance that they were forced to endure than a loyal client of the Sheraton. As a result, I will think again before booking with your hotel anywhere in the future. This is all very disappointing as when we checked in, the Front Desk Associate offered us an upgrade to a beautiful room overlooking Gramla Stan which we took -- this being a trip of a lifetime for us. This was somewhat ruined by the two members of your staff who could use a lesson on treating all customers the same way. I may not be a tennis player, but I have spent thousands of dollars at your hotels worldwide over the last few years. I will now turn my loyalty to another brand. October 22, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Home away from home I've stayed in many Starwood locations, but this was by far the best stay. Location is perfect, close to public transport, close to the shop, but not on a crowded spot. I was on of the lucky ones to have a harbour view, which brightens up the day every time you look out the window. I was there for business and all my business needs where met, print, scan, fax, mail. Haven't used the fitness center, but had a look at it and it looked fine by me. Next visit to Stockholm I will stay again. October 17, 2012

Unfortunately, my request for some the to be brought to the room proved too much for the roomservice. I am sure it was a one-off mistake. Overall, a great stay. October 17, 2012
