The breakfast buffet floor is greasy. If you wear a pair of tennis shoes, you can feel the slipperiness.
Secondly, the typical restaurant has staff leading you to an assigned seating. This Sheraton only cares about if you've paid for breakfast. After they check you, it is open seating and you are on your own. This results in someone wanting to take your spot while you are getting your food (2nd round).

Had another excellent stay in this property. It is currently my favorite hotel in Wenzhou City.
Staff were efficient and friendly as well as helpful. Nothing to complain about, room was clean, breakfast was good, staff efficient, friendly and helpful.
I will be sure to be back next time when I am in town.

I'm a regular customer of Sheraton WZ. Every time I go to wz I stay at the Sheraton. Always a guarantee. Even got an upgrade this time.

The hotel located at center of Wenzhou city. With very high standard always as SPG service provider, this hotel is one of the best in the city.
Also as SPG frequent member, i recieved warm welcome upon arrival with upgrades of my room. I feel joyful with the entire stay!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bea2014 In May the air-conditioning should be working
The air-conditioning was not working. I was not aware of this fact until I was checking out. The problem is that the staff DID know that the air-conditioning in the room I was given was not properly working and THEY DID NOT SAY ANYTHING AS I WAS CHECKING IN.
I was with several other work colleagues and we all had the same problem.
We go to Wenzhou for work purposes and a good night sleep is of upper importance. I hated my stay here. It's May and no air-conditioning is NOT acceptable, specially when I complain at the front desk and the answer I get is "ohh we know the air conditioning is not working"

Not the first time staying in this hotel but am totally disappointed with this stay.
There is a vacated construction site just behind the hotel and my room was infested with mosquitoes throughout my stay from 29th June 2014 till 5th July 2014!!!
Sleep was totally disturbed as I was stung by these mosquitoes. This is a very serious problem.

The hotel is relatively new, and is a standard Sheraton hotel. Details still need to be improved.
There are a total of four elevators, but where an elevator is unable to recognize the room key.
The hotel offers complimentary shoeshine service.However, when I put the shoes in the closet, waiter did not notice it when they clean your room. I had to call the Guest relation Center again to ask for shoeshine service.
When I ask club lounge staff to helps add second guest name for my room, they told me to go down to hotel lobby and ask front desk staff to do it.
