I stays to this hotel several time a year, on Feb 17th check In ask platinum points...
Few days after i got some point but not my 500 welcome platinum gift?
Called the platinum concierge, we confirm this stay and she advise me that she was sending them a message with my room # date, etc...to get credit. Nothing happen?
In April check in, told lady story with dates, room #, she said she woul follow up...nothing?
Its only 500 points but this is starting to annoy me since I'm entitle to this as a gift right?

great hotel, nice staff, perfect location, just a walking distance from the actual departure halls. the only thing that bothered me was the internet downstairs at the lobby that was always down and it took me a long time to try to fix it and when I did, my 30min free time expired so it was annoying to log in again...

I spent quite some time in this hotel 2 years ago while on business around AMS. When returning, the lady in the business lounge still knew my name! I was very surprised and delighted. Overall the hotel is a very good business hotel. Rooms are well equipped, I love the heavily bed and service meets my expectations. Will always pick it when being around AMS.

My wife and I recently used this hotel as a place to freshen up and rest during layovers on both legs of our trip. On the way to Europe we had just arrived after a lengthy flight and wanted to freshen up before exploring A'dam. While our check in experience was not what we had become accustom to for Sheraton hotels, it was quickly rectified by other staff and followed up upon by the Manager. We attribute it to one individual having a bad day. An amazing individual at his hotel is Pirya in the Club Lounge who made an effort to know her clients and make them comfortable either before or after their journey. Our experience changed our mind about what hotel to stay at the next time we were in A'dam - might forego our usual city location and take the train back and forth. This really is one of the best airport hotels we have stayed at with some great service.

As always the staff made my visit a very relaxing experience despite my busy work schedule. The bed was comfortable, the shower was rejuvenating, the gym helped me adjust to the difference in time, and the people made me feel at home (Priya, Michael, Steve and there are others but I do not remember there names).
