Dear PTY Sheraton,
I came back to this hotel Oct 4th and I did stay here two week ago, I was very impressed on the service that was great two weeks ago so I was expecting the same Oct 4th. It was very dissapointing to see just two trays of cheese sticks and another of little fritter ball which were both cold upon 20 mins later of arrival to the lounge because when I arrived around 7p nothing was setup. I even heard other club members where is the staff?
In addition to this the staff was not as attentive as last time, they would never check on you and you always had to calll them for a beverage.
Next day in the morning I ran into the staff that was working the evening of my first impressed visit and truly noticed the diffrence.

This was probably the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. The room was small, carpet was old and dirty.. The bathroom was small, and the ceiling in the bathroom was low and looked bad. The wi-fi was simply useless that I had to settle with a ethernet cable. Staff I interacted with was responsive.

Very nice hotel, location could be better, but it's not that bad either. The rooms are very clean and the bed is awesome !

Reservation was handled quite well despite our short notice. There were no glitches. Personnel were extremely polite and knew their job well.

You can find everything in Sheraton, a fitness center, shops, beauty parlor, spa, swimming pool, tennis courts. The food is really good in the restaurant and also in the coffee breaks served in the event I was taking part.

The front desk staff were polite and knowledgeable about the SPG program. The hotel was very clean and spacious with excellent Wi-Fi.

Stayed here for 3 nights. They have great SPG Platinum status recognition, and I was upgraded to one of their corner suites w/o asking. The check-in agent was polite and explained to me all the details. One suggestion for them is to have a dedicated SPG elite check-in line at the front desk. During peak hours, the queue gets very long and it would be appreciated.
The suite include two smaller bathrooms with shower only. It would be nice to have one bigger bathroom and/or with a bath tub. Due to the hotel location and the window angle, the living room had a nice waterview.
Their Club Lounge is nice and never crowded during the stay. The breakfast hours include full buffet items and omelette station. The evening spreads include two hot items, ceviche, fruit/cheese, salad, mini sandiwich, dessert items, and beer/wine. Complementary wireless internet access was also available in the lounge.
Location-wise, it is a bit away from the city center - you need a cab to get around. Due to the casino (within the hotel), it gets very crowded on weekend evenings, and the rather small entrance area becomes like a zoo - gets challenging to get help from the bell desk for taxi. They also seem to host lots of functions/parties which make the situation even more chaotic.
Their fitness club is fairly new and nicely equipped.
The service received from concierge was a bit mixed. One guy was very friendly and polite - he was always helpful while the other guy seemed to be bothered for a simple assistance request.

This hotel has excellent service, the food is outstanding, the staff is very professional, respectul and very friendly and helpful. The treatment and service you receive is excellent.
