el personal del hotel muy amable, las habitaciones muy limpias las instalaciones impecables, un miembro de mi familia cumplió años y le llevaron una tortita y una tarjeta de felicitaciones;gracias que bello detalle, no tengo queja alguna sin duda volvería a este hotel 100% recomendable.

En varias ocasiones en la factura final, me incluyen el cargo de Internet, sabiendo que yo soy un miembro platino,cuando reclamo lo solucionan pero creo que yo no tendria el porque estar reclamando un derecho que de por si es mio.

I love this hotel and always enjoyed staying here, but I felt that this time I was not recognized as a value gold member and did not received any benefits.
I was told I was only allow 1 hour of free internet at day in the business center..

Rated 5 out of 5 I had an amazing time at Sheraton Panama
There is nothing I can complain about. My stay in Sheraton Panama was amazing. This hotel knows how to treat a platinum member. Everyone in the hotel was super helpful and kind. The hotel has an amazing spa and pool area. We spent couple of days just relaxing. We even extended out stay :)
A big thanks to everyone for making out stay so unforgettable! Especially to Saúl Pasco and all the concierge team!
You would not regret if you choose this hotel in Panama City!

We stayed for 3 days whle en route to Bocas. The the hotel and facilities - rooms, gym, pool, spa, lobby, restaurants - all clean, updated, very nice. We traveled for family vacation, though many business - convention related travelers. No problems either way. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, had no problems at all. Thankfully the majority of staff spoke English very well and were very gracious with our attempts to use our ¨muy poco¨Spanish.
Enjoyed our stay.
Would be nice to have shuttle service to Allbrook (the smaller local) airport. The cabfair around town did kill us, though with a family if 5 in a city you don´t know, you take the easy / safe though expensive option of cabs flagged by the hotel.

Overall a decent hotel.
Nice club lounge and spa amenities available for platinum guests.
Taxi service to the airport is just $3 more than the regular taxi, but the cars are much nicer and air conditioning is guaranteed. (For other than airport transportation, you'll be better off taking the yellow cab if you want to save money).
Rooms are slightly dated and they smell weird - something to definitely work on, and can be bothering on the longer stays.

Stayed here for 3 nights. They have great SPG Platinum status recognition, and I was upgraded to one of their corner suites w/o asking. The check-in agent was polite and explained to me all the details. One suggestion for them is to have a dedicated SPG elite check-in line at the front desk. During peak hours, the queue gets very long and it would be appreciated.
The suite include two smaller bathrooms with shower only. It would be nice to have one bigger bathroom and/or with a bath tub. Due to the hotel location and the window angle, the living room had a nice waterview.
Their Club Lounge is nice and never crowded during the stay. The breakfast hours include full buffet items and omelette station. The evening spreads include two hot items, ceviche, fruit/cheese, salad, mini sandiwich, dessert items, and beer/wine. Complementary wireless internet access was also available in the lounge.
Location-wise, it is a bit away from the city center - you need a cab to get around. Due to the casino (within the hotel), it gets very crowded on weekend evenings, and the rather small entrance area becomes like a zoo - gets challenging to get help from the bell desk for taxi. They also seem to host lots of functions/parties which make the situation even more chaotic.
Their fitness club is fairly new and nicely equipped.
The service received from concierge was a bit mixed. One guy was very friendly and polite - he was always helpful while the other guy seemed to be bothered for a simple assistance request.
