Always a large room or larger suite. Special attention such as a dvd player in the room and employees know your name.

I have been staying in this hotel for quite a few times, both for business and casual reasons. This hotel holds consistently on the comfortness of Sheraton room and bed, and the staff team are well trained for client responsiveness. The hotel has a large car parking area and is free for hotel guests. It is about 3km away from the famous Tian Yi Ge and Moon Lake, which I highly recommend guests to have a visit. If there is one thing it can be even better, I would say maybe it can further improve its Breakfast service.

One of the managers recognized that I wasn't feeling well and personally delivered a 'care package' to my room. Sheraton knows how to earn customer loyalty.

I used to stay in NGB-Sheraton but last week was my poor experience.
I found mosquito in the Bar and bit me...
I ordered King Bed room but when I arrived only two single bed room is available.
If I was told before, I will choose Westin.

Hotel was average. As an American, this hotel as recommeded for staff speaking English. I was unable to order room service twice because no one in the kitchen spoke English. Internet disconnected constantly. It was very frustrated to be cut off from Skype calls, emails, etc.

I WAS greeted by a nice lady from the front desk and was told that my special request- a buckwheat pillow had already been delivered to my room.
however when i got into my room, there was none such pillow so i called the room service who promised they will check and get back to me. And until i checked out, i never heard back from them. Well, they do have one firm pillow which allow me a great sleep.
Breakfast place was crowded, and i had the most horrible bacon. However they offer freshly squeezed orange juice...
overall a great short stay and will definitely be back when i am in town again.
