I have been staying at the Ninbo Sheraton for years and, except one or two times, have been very happy with my stay. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location, with many restaurants and shops just next door. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room facilities are excellent. However, wall between rooms appear quite thin that can hear what guest next room are speakng.

A hotel with dedicated staff really trying hard to meet up to my expectations, you feel welcomed and at home, Particularly the staff up at the lounge on the 32:nd floor.

Meet my overall expectation. Concierge is very helpful. The huge lobby enable us to have private casual meetings and so is the cafe. Breakfast spread is impressive and always look forward to have a very relax meal.

I visit Ningbo regularly and always stay at the Sheraton Ningbo. It is the most consistently best hotel experience I enjoy.

Always a large room or larger suite. Special attention such as a dvd player in the room and employees know your name.

I have been staying in this hotel for quite a few times, both for business and casual reasons. This hotel holds consistently on the comfortness of Sheraton room and bed, and the staff team are well trained for client responsiveness. The hotel has a large car parking area and is free for hotel guests. It is about 3km away from the famous Tian Yi Ge and Moon Lake, which I highly recommend guests to have a visit. If there is one thing it can be even better, I would say maybe it can further improve its Breakfast service.

One of the managers recognized that I wasn't feeling well and personally delivered a 'care package' to my room. Sheraton knows how to earn customer loyalty.
