Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs shower door and a closing bathroom door I would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with family. The bathroom doors don't close. Also, the shower door didn't close. The feeling of cold air coming into the shower is NOT pleasant. December 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this hotel I travel for business and come to town every three months or so for the past couple of years and I really enjoy this hotel above several others in the area. The breakfast buffet is just right in size and quality and the morning staff has been the same since I started and are always so pleasant and greet me each time as though they seem me all the time, make one feel welcome when traveling alone. The quality of bedding is good and really help with getting some sleep while away from home. The rooms are also so clean and fresh when I come in each day. Any time I have had any questions or concerns they are address immediately. October 18, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not what I expected Our stay was not pleasent. First, it was like a Pet hotel. Two rooms next to us had dogs barking all the time. Next room people smoking, it was reported and they continue smoking next day. No enforcement. The design is ok, the layout is not comfortable. The food was not good (room service). I will not stay at this hotel again. July 9, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dissappointed We stay in a lot of Hotels and in the past put 'The Sheraton' among the better class hotels. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. We understand it is not very old but to us it felt tired. The facilities, the rooms, the decor and the public areas leave a lot to be desired. It was clean and the staff were fairly good but to us it was not what we would expect of a Sheraton. May 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by POMPOUS FRONT DESK MANAGER I had an issue that I addressed with both a staff member and the Front Desk manager. Both agreed that they saw and understood my problem and concern. However, the pompous Front Desk Manager had a total unwillingness to work to a satisfactory resolve. He evidently was absent on "Guest Service Training" day. I have a choice in where I stay. The next time I am in this area, I will stay elsewhere. March 6, 2014
