This is my second time staying at this hotel and all went well except for one thing.
I set up a wake-up call for 6:00 a.m. and was woken up at 5:00 a.m. instead of 6:00 a.m. The wake-up call said: "This is your 6:00 a.m. wake up call." An hour early!!
I called the front desk to report this and ask for another call at 6:00 and that never happened. I was very disappointed with this disservice.

this hotel was very nice,friendly and very helpfull staff.i would choose this hotel over most when in the area again. The only downside is that parking out front is hard to find early in the evening with the restaurants in the same area,take up all spaces for valet parking for themselves.i just went and ate then once the restaurants started closing all the spaces in front where open.

This Sheraton is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and they remember my needs. Clean comfy beds and snacks when done at the office are the best. Even smells nice when you walk into the building.
El and Nick at the restaurant and Wil at the front desk always make my visit memorable. I'll always come back here when I travel, has all of the amenities of a business hotel!

Great staff. Everyone working hard. Respectful and centered on customer service. However, no fitness room is a real deal breaker. I would never stay here again because of that.
I also had some issues with credit due to back to SPG and accounts receivable @ hotel has bungled it for 2 wks now. Did not take notes from my call, did not reply to my email, etc.

Great Location if you need to be in this part of Dallas. Walking distance/shuttle to very nearby Westin for beautiful pool/golf.
Most importantly, OUTSTANDING service for the entire 5 day stay. This staff was attentive to all our needs and we were a large group.
They made us "feel" as though we were at a 5 star hotel and I travel 30% of the year for biz.

hotel was great except the bartender(s) made it clear he didn't want business. Both nights of our stay, he alternated between rude and neglectful. We wanted to enjoy a couple cocktails to finish off our day but he made us feel unwelcome. both nights the bar was full and by the time we finished one drink, the bar was empty....clearly disappointed

We stayed at this Sheraton in May 2013. My husband and I stayed for 1 night for his return from Afghanistan. The hotel sent us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to thank him and our family for our sacrifices. It was so nice to be treated so special and to experience the patriotism. I would defintely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front desk was not helpful and said they had to check with the manager on certain requirements. Manager was not avaialbe for 24 hours and then a day later received a message saying they were out for 2 days. No follow-up to complaint. DID NOT EXPECT THIS BAD A SERVICE FROM SHERATON STONEBRIAR.
Room was typical Sheraton and hence rated good.

I had a two night stay and want to comment on the excellent, professional, very kind staff at the Frisco, Tx. location off of TX 121. The gentlemen at the door and the desk were some of the most polite group I have encountered in my travels. Thank you as it made a tremendous difference in where I stay when in town next time!

I was charged a $5 "handling fee" for a FedEx package sent to me while at the hotel. All they had to do was sign for the package and hold it for me at the front desk, yet somehow this generates an additional charge. What happened to the days when hotels actually provided these basic tasks as part of the overall service?

Excellent hotel close by to Plano high tech park. I've been using the Sheraton Stonebriar for 2 years now. Service is always excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
The only problem that I had on this stay was that the AC was too noisy. It cycled on and off and every time it went on, it woke me up.

My company had a meeting nearby and many of us stayed at the Stonebriar.
We had to be shuttled to the office.
The staff could not have been more accommodating. They picked up and delivered us on time. Everyone at this hotel went out of their way to make us feel at home. Very courteous and energetic..

Hotel is seems very new. Lobby was small but relaxing.
Platinum recognition was great. Nice upgrade to a large suite. Club lounge was very small but very nice. Beverages and light snacks were available all the time. It should be noted the only hot option in the club lounge for breakfast was eggs.

Again this week, requested wakeup call did not happen. In the last 25 yres of business travel, this is is the only hotel this has happened and now the 3rd time.
Asked for Green Service and did not happen.

We lost power during the recent ice storm in Dallas and decided to get a hotel versus staying in our powerless house. It was a great decision as the staff and hotel exceeded our expectations! In addition, there are many dining options within walking distance. We will be back!

Most of the staff are super nice and will go out of their way for you, with the exception of a few. Average place, nothing special. Much more affordable than other hotels in the area that aren't much nicer. Try to stay here if available

We stayed at this hotel while in town for work for nine days. I have never stayed at a hotel (for work or otherwise) where I felt more at home. The accommodations were great, but the staff is what will make me return. Thank you for everything!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only disappointment was that the breakfast was not complimentary (free). I stayed at the Sheraton to attend a conference at the Westin. This was one of the hotels recommended for the conference.

Great hotel, I stayed there with my son and his whole soccer team for a weekend games. the hotel is clean and new with close proximity to our soccer fields as well as lots of attraction. the staff were very nice and friendly.

Clean, easy location, friendly staff. We have stayed here a couple of times now and will continue to. The ONLY complant I would have is the breakfast buffet is alittle high for what they have. But you pay for convenience sometimes also.

The staff at this hotel are helpful and friendly. They uphold the idea that you don't just stay there but it is a home from home.
The facilities at the nearby Westin complement the lack of pool.
The Club Lounge needs a serious upgrade.

This weekend I was snowed in and everyone was wonderful! The room was perfect, comfy and the staff was great! From the check in to my check out I was constantly greeted and taken care of. Highly recommend it!

This is by far the best SPG property I've stayed at. From the staff to the rooms to the club lounge. Everything is top quality. If you're going to be in the Frisco/Plano area, this hotel is the place to stay.
