Rated 3 out of 5 by This Hotel is ok This hotel is ok, nothing to wow. I was expecting more. December 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by my second home for 8 months on assignment in Mexico for 8 to 12 months. My ho e away from home. Hotels needs some help from what I expect as a platinum member but the staff are great! August 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by I like but it would be excellente... -not enough water, to drink at room - should include courtesy coffee stuff - Include microwave oven at rooms -More vegetable in the buffet June 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love this hotel! The staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I even got a birthday dessert sent to my room. Very thoughtful. November 14, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by outdated and dirty After staying at this hotel for quite some time, last week they gave me a room in what I presume to be the oldest and most outdated wing of the hotel. Carpet was nasty, bathroom was tiny and the paint and furniture was way wore. September 12, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Needs tremendous improvement!!! TV was grainy - I'm a TV executive and I expect TV picture to be clear. The engineer was very nice, but did not resolved the problem. There was no hair dryer in the room - when I got one, it would literally stop functioning every 10 - 15 seconds. Had to request another dryer. I seldom forget my IPhone charger, but if I requested one, it took 2 days to get a charger. Even do I requested to speak with the GM, he never took the time even to write a note or acknowledge all the mishaps. The staff was very nice in general, but unfortunately very inefficient. None of the 4 clients that I visited even recommended the hotel. I stayed given my expectations of Sheraton and my friendship with one of your top executives, but unfortunately I will not be staying in this hotel on my next visit to MTY Finally, there was a cigarette burn on the rug and the room really look "wrinkle", the bath tub dingy and outdated. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent hotel, great location, professional staff As a SPG person I like to be treated specially:) And I got everything what I wanted at Sheraton Ambassador. This is a nice hotel, great location and really professional staff. I will be back for sure. Something about Monterrey. This city is not as bad. City Center is safe and modern. Museo del Palacio is just 10 min from the hotel, cathedral and main attractions as well. July 14, 2013
