The staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I even got a birthday dessert sent to my room. Very thoughtful.

After staying at this hotel for quite some time, last week they gave me a room in what I presume to be the oldest and most outdated wing of the hotel. Carpet was nasty, bathroom was tiny and the paint and furniture was way wore.

My ho e away from home. Hotels needs some help from what I expect as a platinum member but the staff are great!

the hotel has great character but needs work.
as a platinum member and heavy business travel I expected a lot more especially the non existing club room! very disappointing. nice décor NO amenities and no service.

-not enough water, to drink at room
- should include courtesy coffee stuff
- Include microwave oven at rooms
-More vegetable in the buffet

TV was grainy - I'm a TV executive and I expect TV picture to be clear. The engineer was very nice, but did not resolved the problem.
There was no hair dryer in the room - when I got one, it would literally stop functioning every 10 - 15 seconds. Had to request another dryer.
I seldom forget my IPhone charger, but if I requested one, it took 2 days to get a charger.
Even do I requested to speak with the GM, he never took the time even to write a note or acknowledge all the mishaps.
The staff was very nice in general, but unfortunately very inefficient.
None of the 4 clients that I visited even recommended the hotel. I stayed given my expectations of Sheraton and my friendship with one of your top executives, but unfortunately I will not be staying in this hotel on my next visit to MTY
Finally, there was a cigarette burn on the rug and the room really look "wrinkle", the bath tub dingy and outdated.
