I love this hotel.
Everything is just perfect.
The hotel itself for sure, the location, the sorroundings, the closeness to the sea.
New, clean, fresh, high standard, high quality, stylish, from first eyesighth to your room, throughout the whole hotel and the area around it.
I would recommend this hotel over and over again.
Nothing is flawless besides one thing. You cannot enter the breakfast area wearing the hotel slippers on your feet (you need to wear proper shoes).

We spent five exciting days at this well run, comfortable hotel. The staff is attentive and provides great service. The culinary product is second to none and includes international dishes as well as regional specialities.
We were impressed by the wide range of facilties which this hotel offers, including a big congress center and a super SPA.

As a platinum member, we were upgraded to a corner 'tower' room with windows on 2 sides so we could see the ocean as well as listen to the folklore concerts on the land side. Everything was within walking distance so we didn't need to use are car (in fact the only negative was that NO valet parking was available). The Club Lounge provided excellent appetizers and snacks along with alcoholic (and non) beverages. The staff was exceptional - I wasn't sure if our rate included breakfast and the front desk agent (Anna) could not reach anyone on the phone so she literally marched right over to the restaurant to confirm (yes breakfast was included). The buffet breakfast was one of the best that we have had, and especially if you like seafood (which we did). The hotel also has a private beach with food and beverage service making no need to go anywhere but stay on site.

I stayed in Sheraton Sopot for 2 nights for a business trip in April.
The Hotel property is on a beautiful location in Sopot, Poland. The rooms were nice and breakfast was very good.
However, I encountered 2 issues:
1) On the first day, I had requested a wakeup call, which did not happen! Luckily, my phone went off 20 minutes later and I was able to get up in time. This is one of the basic requirements and I can not believe that Wakeup calls do not work or were not set by the Staff.
2) I had asked the Staff to mail out a few post cards for me. I paid for the Stamps, but today, I still have not received the post cards. Therefore, I do not know if the Staff properly mailed out the post cards for me. I understand that International mail can take a long time, but this is approaching 1 month, which is not normal.

This hotel had everything right from service to food and accommodation. It felt like a luxury and classy home away from home. I had a great room with ample facilities as one would expect. The staff where fantastic with smiles on their faces and always putting the customer first. That is no mean feat in Poland where the cultural way is often to be more reserved. The Club lounge was a proper club lounge where both the quality of the food and the service really made you feel special. The sports and spa facilities where excellent. I stay in hotels all over the world and I really could not find a fault with this one. Lovely stay.

we had a very stay, despite issues when we arrived. The staff took care of our demands and we felt very good.
We wil be back, we really like this hotel. Customer oriented !

This hotel leaves nothing to be desired, first class service, friendly knowledgeable staff that speak multiple languages, restaurant, bar and fitness facilities. Located on the beach and near numerous other restaurants, bars and shopping.
