My room was ok, there were knats in it, the phone on the desk did not work, the handle on the sink kept coming off. They had the nerve to want $50.00 a night for a mini fridge. The bed was a little hard. Staff was nice for the most part, rooms were clean.

This hotel is located right in the center of Indy. You can walk to just about everything Indy has to offer. The rooms were very clean and the staff here are exceptional. The only draw back is that the pool is outdoor and only open in the summer season.

A group of colleagues and I stayed at the Sheraton City Centre hotel for two days in early September, 2012. We found the lodgings to be convenient and comfortable, although the $25 per day self parking charge seemed a little excessive for Indianapolis.

OVERALL WAS A GOOD STAY... GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN , THE CABLE SYSTEM WENT OFF A FEW TIMES , IN 2 OCACIONS FOR OVER 3 HRS. YES I WA IN A CONFERENCE BUT HAD MY MOM IN THE ROOM. THINK ABOUT ADDING SPANISH NETWORKD TO YOUR LINE UP. STAFF WAS VERY VERY GOOD.

Loved the upgrades and renos. Beautiful Suite, both soothing and comfortable.
Club Lounge was a treat except the host did not have a very good command of the English Language. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This was a great place to stay. We stayed for a Butler Basketball game and it was very close to everything. Room was great, staff was very nice. I will definitely be returning in March for another game and staying at the Sheraton!! Highly recommend!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 Almost everything was terrific!
The only problem was with checkout when we were charged more for the Club Level Upgrade than what we expected. Not sure if it was totally worked out or not....waiting to see what the credit card charge indicates.
Otherwise, everything was excellent!

This is my second stay this Month alone. I have stayed 3 times in the past 5 years. The Staff is excellent in their Guest Services Skills. The recognition of a Preferred Guest Status is well noted. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

This hotel was conveniently located to everything in downtown Indy and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The staff in the Club Lounge (especially Katie) was fantastic and made us feel right at home and catered to our every need.

My husband and I stayed one night in your hotel room for our "date night". The employees were awesome. The room however was NOT. We found a prescription pill, jellybean, and hair tie lying on the floor. I'm thankful we didn't have a child with us.

I always enjoy staying at the Sheraton in Indianapolis. The new fitness center is awesome and has great machines for a good work out. Alexander's Restaurant is amazing. The coctails are good, and the chef prepares excellent quality daily specials.

the staff is VERY friendly. The issue I have is the walls are very thin and so is the ceiling. You here every movement in the rooms and when some one is walking above you here it and in the halls you can here everyone that walks by there voices.

This hotel is perfectly located to enjoy all the things Indianapolis has to offer in historical sites , museums, and Midwestern cultural events.
Close to many fine eateries and even good shopping, it is totally convenient as a downtown property.

I love that they have parking, it is close to a ton of great places to eat, sites to see, areas to run and shopping areas- not to mention access to the highway. Staff is always willing to do whatever they can to improve your stay. Great gym too!

Our daughter and her wedding party were treated like royality on their special weekend! The hotel was within walking distance of the venue's... and in the hub of the city for our out of town guest to enjoy everything our fair city has to offer!

Stayed at the property for two weeks over last four weeks.
1) The SPG green points not credited to my account after repeated reminders.
2) The card reader from the car garages does not work properly. You need to swipe several times and pray.
3) Checking out was painful. I was charged for parking when I should not have been charged. After going down to reception at checkout the charges were taken out.
4) I called from the room ans asked reception if they had any laptop chargers that I can borrow. I was told to come down to see which adapter from several lost & found adapters they had. When I went down immediately with my laptop, to my surprise they did not have single charger.
5) The breakfast for SPG guests is OK, they could improve it.
6) The in-house restaurant serves sub-par food for both breakfast and dinner. I would recommend guests to avoid the in-house restaurant.
7) As a SPG platinum, I was upgraded to a better room once. The upgraded rooms are larger which is nice but the quality of the furnishings is below-par.
8) Having a Starbucks attached to the hotel is a big plus.

We only stayed one night, but the staff was outstanding. We stayed on the club level and the evening snacks and the morning breakfast were great. The hotel was located close to all our intended sites to visit. We were well cared for.

Excellent hotel to make our B1G Championship experience a positive one. There could have been more staff on duty Friday 7PM for check-ins but once it was 'my turn' all was well. Club lounge had coffee issues each morning. There was never enough coffee brewed and the espresso machine is not the answer, and besides, it kept running out of beans because so busy. Sunday we hit the lounge at 9:40 prior to checkout and no coffee. When I inquired with the lounge host, she said she was getting ready to close and initially was not going to do anything about it until I made a point that this was unacceptable. She offered to make a cup for me but since there were several others wanting coffee I felt she should have still been brewing in quantity. The night manager was in the lounge and I shared my concern. You have a major event and the hotel is busy. Deal with it. The exit at the parking garage didn't work and nobody answered the intercom. Had a parking pass, but still had to ask my son to get out and lift the bar so we could leave. Other than that, great stay.

However my room, 1941, the double bed closest to the window sagged very low to the ground, towards the front right corner. The power outlets nearest the desk were inoperable, as was everything plugged into it, including the desk lamp. So to charge my devices I had to unplug the bedside lamp and clock, both of which I'd have enjoyed the use of. Also, the bedside phone was not operable--the desk phone was. Perhaps if there were at least a SPG member floor with full sized ironing boards, or robes, or more than two sets of towels, I might have been somewhat pleased.
But most bothersome, was the lack of any non-children's movie channels, or even any standard SPG pay-per-view movie channels. Whichever committee decided the sparse (except for the approx. 5 different FOX variations) channel listing, should be reassigned from anything having to do with entertainment. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I'll likely choose the other Starwood locations in the area, when doing work in Indianapolis or for leisure, before I stay here again.

Honestly the property needs a major upgrade to floors, furnishing, etc. My room had a couple of vents near the sink outside the bathroom that had not been cleaned in a while. Just not up the standards I have come to like with spg.

The staff is very nice and helpful at this hotel. The amenities are very nice and comfortable. There are expanded hours for the resturant and bar which is helpful to late arrival guest that might want a lite bite after traveling.

We had excellent service and food on NYE but we were disappointed by the dated room. Everything was clean but seriously outdated. We only stay in Sheratons and this one did not meet our usual expectations for Sheraton quality.

The room was cold due to poorly functioning heating system. They brought a temporary heater. No one offered to move me to another floor. I spoke with people in our convention on other floors and the room temperature was fine.

Had all the amenities for comfort and was overlooking Indiana War Memorial and short walk from Indiana World War Memorial. Breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced. Sports venues and many restaurants were nearby.

Very comfortable, clean, accessible to many places within walking distance which was worked out great for me. The staff, professional, not stuffy, very friendly folks, I like that when I travel. Nice view from my room too.

Staff was very nice and worked well to meet our needs. We were given a great group rate including parking discount as well. We had a big group of college students and the hotel was helpful and exceeded our expectations.

The staff at this hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced they want to help you in any way possible. The location can not be beat you are on the circle and right in the middle of everything Indy has to offer.

The hotel was fine except for one major thing... the A/C was not working in the rooms. Meeting rooms had A/C and were nice. The temp in regular room was between 76 and 79 the entire time.

Hotel and meeting facilities very nice. Worst service, however, from your bar staff. Took forever to get waited on while they seemed oblivious to customers and would go wipe off a table before waiting on customers.
