If you travel like me with an Ipad how can you connect to Ethernet cable wired in your room? Hello! No club lounge! I was a guest in 1990 there for my first stay ever ! Great beach , nice pool, nice staff! And room price was perfect I won t pay more than $175 a night May 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great location for the price Loved the hotel and location, right on a beautiful beach, great pool area. The only thing i would have liked was a frig and microwave in the room. FYI- Food at hotel extremely expensive(exple; Breakfast buttet $25, lunch $38) so ate at local restaurants in the area. May 5, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by great atmosphere Signed up for early check in and had to wait few hours till 3 for room and assigned room still wasnt ready, then room that was supposedly ready wasnt really ready. Blanket had stains on it, had to ask 3 times for a peace and quiet sign. May 20, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by a hotel with no towels Unfortunately our stay at the hotel was below expectations. We received no towels in our room on each of the 7 days we stayed. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't supply towels. Each evening we had to either call the front desk or wait in line at the front desk in order to have towels sent to our room. It was frustrating and time consuming. I tried tipping, no tipping, talking to the manager, talking to housekeeping as they were about to enter our room. Nothing worked. The front desk was didn't seem to care, nor make any apologies. The rooms and hallways are in need of upgrades. I would not recommend this hotel. April 3, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Used to be good This is a very dated property. The staff are great and the rooms are average. Some updates but overall the hotel is dated. The construction next door only makes it appear worse. They say the casiono is open but ALL the table games are closed till June. Even the AC in the casino doesn't seem to be working. Beach/Pool areas great. Overall its an average hotel but would rather try a different hotel next time I'm there. May 16, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Embarrassed for you We had a horrible experience with no resolution. No hot water for 4 people all week. No soap, shampoo, wash clothes about every other day. No response when we ask the SPG person except "Yeah we know". No satisfactory refund for our very uncomfortable stay. I was embarrassed that I took my family with me. We would have left the resort if we could have had a refund for the starpoints and money we paid. The 40.00 per day ammenties fee is for nothing, we didn't have any, the lobby was packed because the WiFi didn't work in most rooms. The automatic tips in the restaurants allowed the servers to provide half service. I will never stay with this resort again. I hope that I can talk my family into going to another location. At this point they are saying No. I expect a full refund for the ammenities and cash we had to pay for the room and starpoints for this vacation. "'I'm sorry" is not a satisfactory resolution. Do members have any recourse or are we to expect sub-standard service? March 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Unsatisfactory When we arrived at the hotel there were long lines of people in the lobby. The people in line were very agitated and had been waiting for a long time. When we finally got to talk to someone we were told that our room wasn't ready. Our room was below the lobby. The elevator close to our room was broken so we had to walk a very long way to and from our room. The back patio was dirty and next to a public parking lot. We had to keep our curtains drawn at all times because people walking by could see into our room. We had conversations with other people at the pool that were also very unsatisfied. There was even a girl dragging her suitcase through the lobby yelling "I hate this hotel!" March 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel offers the best The hotel staff were extremely courteous and were great ambassadors for their country. The food here was exquisite, I highly recommend going to the Amici A Trattoria and ask for Charles. He was the best! May 15, 2013
