Rated 4 out of 5 by Exceptional Stay Traveling trough the area, our daughter in law recommended this hotel. The front of the hotel was welcoming and very nice. We were greeted promptly by a bellhop and the clerk, who was helping another guest. The clerk was amazing! He apologized for our wait (which was nothing) and told us all about the area. He made me want to stay for a week! The room was huge with the most comfortable bed ever! We were totally impressed and will be back if heading that way. April 2, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Conference attendee stay I had a wonderful 2 night stay! The staff was excellent, very responsive. The room was cleaned to perfection each day. the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was warm and cozy. I needed a needle/thread at the last minute. I called down to the front desk and was able to get a kit for free! The work out room is great! Nice equipment and everything was in good working order. Loved having the Starbucks café in the hotel! Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Place to Stay I stayed at this hotel for work from 7 March -11 march and had a great time. The room was clean and enjoyed my balcony very much overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains. For the entire time I was there, the state of the gym was NEVER CLEANED. There were no towels available to clean up and trash was never emptied during my stay. I brought this to the attention of the my checkout host and hope the information got passed on. The gym is so nice that if not kept clean, it will lose its luster to other hotels. With that said, I plan to stay there again this week for another wee, and hope to see some omprovement March 18, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Bugs in the room There were HUGE roaches in the room. Pool was not well maintained. When I brought bugs to attention of staff, they offered me 5000 starpoints, which I never received. Staff should have offered me a full refund of all points used. February 7, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel is shabby. This is my second stay at this Sheraton - last stay was 3 years ago. The building and furniture are dirty and falling apart. Carpets stained and dirty. Chairs in lobby are stained and dirty - leather chair in my room has more than 20 tears. I asked the morning Supervisor to get me a chair that I could actually sit change. Housekeeping is fair regarding items left in room. No note pads, no pen, bathroom supplies would fit a 2 Star hotel...not a Sheraton. This hotel needs to be updated ASAP. I will not ever return here until it is renovated. December 3, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great staff, pretty good meals, but... This hotel is simply starting to show some age. The more I stay, the more I see the stained carpets in the room. The furniture looking well worn. Staff has always been simply wonderful, food is great and I've had very good nights sleep. It is really the only SPG in town and though I will likely continue to stay, I do find myself looking at other options now. November 13, 2015
