Rated 5 out of 5 by FamilyT The staff are the friendliest and most helpful
We have stayed in a lot of Sheraton Hotels but I think that the Sheraton Casablanca has the friendliest and most helpful staff of all that we have ever visited. We love arriving at the hotel. We know that there are smiling faces everywhere and people to help us get checked in and get to our room and help with whatever it is that we need. It's a wonderful feeling! This is why we keep coming back! Thank you to ALL the staff.

I stay regularly in the Sheraton Casablanca on the 12th floor and it ia arguably the best place to stay for business in Casablanca, the executive lounge is great relax in, the breakfast on third floor is wonderful. The only major gripe is the internet which is 180dhm per day, it is weak and often inaccessible from the room.
Apart from that great place to stay and everybody knows where it is.

Hotel staff excellent .
Got a problem during my stay .paid a small glass of Morrocan tea at 150 MAD which is excessively high .Seven stars hotel tea is cheaper than that.

I vistied Sheraton in Casblanca last week and couldn't use internet in my room.
I called several times and one engineer visited and tried to connect internet once but failed. and you told me that all the problem caused by my laptop and my company's security program.
But my colleagues were able to use internet same time!
The more funny thing is...
even I can use internet in my collegue's room with my laptop after your giving up to connect internet in my room.
I don't konw the reason I can easilu connect internet with my laptop in my colleague's room.
But I knew that your service was really poor, and you didn;t try your best.
If I were you, I'd bring your laptop and to serve me to using computer or I'd give your personal IP address.
I was really uncomfortable my schedule in there and really disappointed with your service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by PJDM Not Starwoods
The hotel is Old and in need of a facelift. My A/C and also my Collegues A/C did not cool adequately, and seemed to shut down in the middle of the night when you were sleeping. The Bath Tub was Black and dirty looking in the middle and the faucets and shower head appear to be from the 60s and did not work properly. The furnishings in the room are old and brown in color and the Carpet in the room smelled and was obviously at least 20 years old. The room was noisy in the morning because the windows don't seal properly and the street noise came in even at the 10 th floor level. This is not what I have come to expect from a starwoods property.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Frank78 Disappointing experience for an expensive hotel
Beggars are allowed to solicit donations in front of the hotel. The hotel security only keeps them away from the front entrance. Less than a dozen steps away, still on the special pavement that is in front of the hotel, there are several, very pushy beggars. The elevators rarely functioned properly. Several times I had to wait for several minutes because it appeared that only 2 of the three elevators were functioning. The staff didn’t seem to notice or care that there was a problem. The maid service was spotty. Some days I was given a bottle of water. Other days I wasn’t. Often, the television channel had been changed to an Arabic channel and the room AC had been turned down to an uncomfortably cold setting (18 DegC or below). One day, I put the green sign on the door so that the room would not be made up. But it was cleaned anyway. I checked in with 2 colleagues. One was given a room on 12 with lounge access. The other two of us were not. I asked him if he stayed in Sheratons a lot. He said he did not and had just gotten his Preferred Guest membership for this trip. Finally, the rooms are outdated.
