Rated 1 out of 5 by why the rate change this week? Hi, I stay in Sheraton for more than one year every week. I booked online and use 3M rates(133 USD per day). but last week I stayed in Room 224, after I checked out and went home, I found the receipt shows 153 USD/per day, why the rate was changed? I'm surprised because I use 3M rates every week, which should be 133/day. October 17, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Guests Staying at Sheraton Woodbury for Nordstrom/Dantzer Wedding A HUGE shout out to Makayla Johns and the entire staff at the Sheraton Hotel Woodbury, We choose the Sheraton as the hotel of choice for our quests for my daughter's wedding and couldn't wait to let them know what a great decision that turned out to be. I have received numerous compliments from many of our guests on how great the staff was, the rooms were beautiful and their entire stay was wonderful. Everyone was truly impressed!!! The club level suite for Bride and Groom was gorgeous with plenty of room for the makeup artist and hair stylists to get us all looking beautiful - and there were a lot of us. Front Desk was kind enough to have house keeping come after we had all left to make sure the suite was all ready for when the couple returned - that was really appreciated. Makayla - thanks again for all your help. You were wonderful to work with, quick to get back to me with all my questions and always there when I needed you. The Sheraton is very lucky to have you. I would highly recommend The Sheraton Woodbury, you will not be disappointed. Thanks to all of the staff and especially Makayla Jahns!! August 24, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Unresponsive I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times, including the first night that it opened. It has been two years since I've stayed there because I've moved out of the state and not in the area for business as often. The hotel seemed to have a number of people in a party mood staying that evening. My floor seemed to have non-stop parties from 10p-3a. After two calls, they sent someone to the floor. It still took an additional hour to get people cleared out. I only stayed at the hotel to get a good night sleep before an early flight. Alarm clock went off at 5a, so with less than two hours of sleep, I checked out. * It was clear they were hosting wedding party or some other event. Is it unreasonable to have someone walk the floors of the hotel once an hour or so? Most of us are there to sleep. * No recognition for SPG Platinum status * Not on the SPG 5th floor. * Hotel is getting tired. July 13, 2015
