I wasn't impressed by the size of the room, the picture online made it seem bigger than it was. Also, only one elevator working the whole time and it's for guests and staff (very slow)! Plus the sound on the TV would go in and out.

I actually slept the entire night. 5th floor room on Club level. The Club was very nice and configured nicely. The wine is $6, beer is $5. It would be nice if Sheraton could standardize on all fees (or no fees) for drinks. It is all across the board at SPG. The in-house restaurant/bar is excellent and I had a nice lunch. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is very busy in the morning. They only issue on check-in was not being recognized as Platinum and giving me options (points, breakfast, etc.).

This is one of the best Sheraton's I have stayed at. It is a little outside of the city which is OK with me, as it is close enough to the city that 7 min in a car gets you as close as any other hotel.
Loved the Club the floor, a light snow was falling upon my arrival I enjoyed sitting by the fire place in the club lounge reading a book.
Great fitness center, the hot tub and pool are a little small but I was the only one in there so not to bad.
Platinum status was recognized to the club floor but not without special request and approval from another attendant

And not for the better. I have stayed at this Sheraton location at least 15 times over the last 2 years and lately have been disappointed. There are several new front desk employees who are friendly, but not well trained. The food and beverage employees are still and always fantastic, but the food quality does not warrant the new higher prices. They have cut back on the hotel room amenities and are still overdoing it with the water softener. While I would still recommentd this hotel and will continue to go back, I am sincerely hopeful that you will return to the high quality, customer focused facility that you were up until a couple of months ago.

The rooms some how got mixed up and we did not get our suite like we thought we were going too. The manager did give us a jointed room but still not the same as the suite room.and the bedding was not cleaned in the one bed and the terry cloth rope was not soft. and the pool was cool the whole time we were there and checked the top of the pool water, they would not change the temp, the top of the water was not cool it was lower in the pool . the service for the room was great, shirley was very nice. and Laura for the 5th floor service during the breakfast and snack hour was SUPER nice, .... We usually don't have any problems with the SHERATON< that;s why we loved staying there.
