The management (general manager) did not reply to my complain email at all!
It seems that the hotel knows that the climate condition is bad. Even after my several complains, they do not act.
The GM is not acting as it should be.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Worldtraveller21 This hotel needs to improve
This hotel is living off the Sheraton brand, but is not up to Sherton standards. Hotel is dark and old. Needs refurbishment and modernization. The satellite TV selection is very poor, for English. 3 news channels and a channel showing old 1950s movies is not up to SPG standards. Room was not cleaned very well, carpet was dirty. Was there for 5 nights and would not stay there again.

The hotel overall is pretty good. What I missed was options to quickly access historical center and take a walk outside - there is nothing to see near the hotel except tall buildings and a highway.
Also I would recommend to just enable free wi-fi everywhere inside the hotel, it is nothing too exotic for now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Chipper Poor maintenance and cleaning, bad breakfast, average service
Maintenance and cleaning are poor - On my first night, I discovered an un-emptied kettle (bad smell), someone else's half used shampoo in the shower, broken upholstery on the bench in front of the bed, and the water did not drain properly from the bath during shower. I mentioned most of these points (not the upholstery) to the reception manager. and the hotel fixed them for my second night.
Breakfast is awful - Watery "scramble egg" and some tired buffet offerings. Very synthetic juice. Requested but did not receive coffee.
Service is meh - Asked receptionist if he could break a 50 Lira note into smaller bills. Response was "no". I had to prompt him to find out where I could get change. Some staff were better but some were just putting in the hours, I felt.
