Rated 5 out of 5 by Good overall quality Everything was good at the hotel. Facilities are good and clean. Staff is extremely helpful and polite especially in the restaurant area. Rooms are spacious, you don't feel that you are far from home. Only thing hotel can improve is variety of food they serve in the breakfast, they repeat themselves a lot, they are more focused on turkish cuisine I guess, at least that's what I can say by looking at the variety of cheeses they serve. I would prefer if they serve gourmet selections like smoked salmon etc. Same comment applies to products in minibars. May 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable and friendly Sheraton Maslak is a great place for professional people who want to rest or do some sport at the end of a long work day. The personnel is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the beds are large and nice to sleep in. The facilities, like gym and swimming pool are really good and the breakfast buffet provides for all tastes, from very hungry to very healthy. I go regularly to the Sheraton Maslak and enjoy it every time. November 6, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by what nneeds to improve internet was painfully slow plus the bathtubs were a disgrace - after asking the reception to clean in or change my room for the 3rd time i was moved to another room. it was better but ffar from clean. i have to say i was disapointed to see this happening at this hotel. breakfast service slow i had to request for a table to be cleaned so i could sit and eat and had to wait 15 min for the table to be pooly clean and set. more english channels the list of channels in the room does not match the TV. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good facilites, Little bit poor software. I was stayed few days ago. It is really hard to find hotel location. There is no information on homepage how can I get there. PLEASE WRITE AT LEAST METRO STATION. room facilites is good. clean and comfort. front desk and reception staff is fine. but, the other staff is... well. for example I ask to door staff when can I buy beer. He answer, gas-station. but, they don't sell the alcohols. When I leaving the hotel, no one helped me. I need to carry luggage. They are just standing and watching. May 6, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by No Frills No free internet, except in the lobby. The hotel breakfast was $31 USD for an unlimited buffet, but that was it. No a la carte offering. Also, Sheraton offers a "green" program to get extra points if you opt to not have them replace your linens each day. I gladly signed up for it because I am Eco-friendly. I got the 500 points each day, but they still came in and replaced all my linens every day.... And there is a door tag and everything saying I am in the "green" program. Makes no sense. Rated 3 out of 5 by Underwhelming Experience Hotel arranged transport failed twice. My spouse and I were arriving separately and both of us had to call reception to get linked with the driver - a major inconvenience for my spouse as she does not travel much and does not have an international phone. Lunch reported by her was at best average, and the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. I'd recommend only if you are doing business in this part of Istanbul. October 14, 2014

The decoration of our room was very fantastic (Romantic decoration and flowers on the bed ) my wife was very happy. The lounge was very rich , and quiet Thanks November 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel has qualified staff I always stay at Sheraton İstanbul Maslak when I go to İstanbul. Location is good for business people. Rooms are tidy but not clean enough, nice presentation of the dishes, every staff member I met was very pleasent and helpfull. I am grateful especially General Relations Manager ÜLKÜ KIZILKAYA who is always polite, friendly and extremely helpfull. Unfortunately the hotel is old an poorly maintained. I am pleased to stay in general. I thank all the staff individually. May 15, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappy stay...I left after 1st night Initially I entered the hotel with a good feeling. Friendly staff, trying to upgrade me to a Club room. I accepted, as breakfast was €25,- !! per day and internet €18,- per 24 hours !! (ridiculous, as bigger and smaller hotels offer this for free, nowadays). However, the Club room is old and needs maintenance. In addition, and my greatest dissatisfaction...the temperature. In the wintertime the airco blows out hot air, which resulted in an average room temperature of 27.5 Celcius. They could not help me, other than suggesting opening the window (didn't help) and switch off the airco (didn't help) or bring me a fan (wouldn't help). After one night of hardly any sleep I checked out and went to the Mövenpick, which was a lot more modern and slightly more expensive (but with free wifi and a room with normal temperature). Rated 3 out of 5 by Payment problem If you will pay Euros in cash you need to pay a deposit that is at least 40% higher than your expected bill and when you are leaving the hotel the 40% excess you paid will be returned to you in the local currency (in this case Turkey TRL) even if you do not need it because you are a foreigner whose flight takes off in an hour´s time! Reason – personnel at the check-out point do not keep change in Euros. So, if you are leaving the hotel early in the morning when all banks are still closed to exchange your money, then you are in trouble. I regard this as a way of forcing someone against his will as you were not earlier informed you will pay a deposit that is 40% in excess of your bill and that you should bring with you the exact amount you need to pay when checking out, otherwise, your balance will be returned to you in TRL. Rated 3 out of 5 by Non-smoking should be non-smoking! The worst part of this stay was the constant smell of smoke seemingly evereywhere throughout the hotel lobby, elevators and floors. While initially offered an upgrdade to a higher florr, the smeel of the room was unbearable and it took awhile for staff to understand that I have allegeries to smoke. Then was offered what i was told a non-smoking room which had the stench of smoke in the linen, pillows, etc...also, SPG members should be offered special floors! August 15, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by too poor clean upon getting inside the room: 1- Towels are dirt! 2- drinking glasses were dirt with wine residuals and lipstick of a lady! 3- upon checking in, the reception team has denied the letter of booking confirmation although it was printed under there system!!. 4- enforced me to stay my night in smoking room. 5- i have asked for room service for dinner, it came after 1 hour and the waiter has told me when i have called him, sorry we forgot your room nimber. Rated 4 out of 5 by nice hotel Great hotel with great spa facilities however location to Taksim and other interesting locations was not so great. the food was good however ive had better meals in the local restaurants in Istanbul. the internet connection available in the room is another thing that would put me off staying here again, pretty much every hotel i have stayed in supply the WIFI of LAN connection for free, this is not the case at this "prestigious" hotel chain. Rated 1 out of 5 Sheraton Istanbul Maslak Hotel My hotel needs are easy. Room key did not work - very annoying when having to go all the back down again and short of time. Air conditioning did not work (and neither did my work mates work in their two other rooms). Shower head kept falling off the wall. Bed was comfortable. So of the 4 key areas, 3 failed. I told the guy on reception at checkout - he seemed resigned to it - seemed not the first compliant. Decor is old, dark and not good. July 29, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good hotel but details should be checked Lamps should be checked because they were not working good (especially that on the desk where people are supposed to work with). Some dust on the floor but a large supply of shampoo, body lotion and wellness care products. Smoking smell was not good when I entered in th room. Rooms should be better refreshed. October 15, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Noise from 3rd floor party Last Wednesday the 14 of november I arrived with a group of collegues at Sheraton Maslak. That evening a private party was held on the 3rd floor which kept a lot of guests awake untill 3 A.M! This is unacceptable. Complaining at the receptation starting from 11 o'clock in the evening untill 02:30 in the morning (!!!) turned out unsuccesfull. Not a single person took action. Even complaining at the party itself was unsuccesfull. November 20, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is very average - Room not made up during the day on return. - Cockroaches also in the room coming out the AC vent... In a club room!! Should not be happening in any room!! - 1 single English speaking channel... Bloomberg... Which is useless! - Staff do not seem interested in the guests. Very little in terms of welcome. - Stay only in the hotel if you have to for business or touring reasons. September 13, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by This can not be Shereton The rooms are OK but staff is not friendly. On arrival have felt have came away from my land the way staff give respect to guest it tells everything. Food quality is only OK not great or excellent. I dont know if any Indian has done anything wrong in past but we were treated at one level lower than others. The biggest issue is lack of English communication skills. They are badly in need of this. January 14, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Tempature in Room too Warm The room Tempature was way too warm and when I inquired with management they said their system was a general one and the heat was still on (no air conditioning). They suggested opening my window which I did and that actually made the room warmer. When the window was open there was way too much noise to sleep. For a hotel of this caliber (121 Euro per night), room temperature should be controllable. April 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by "Almost" perfect for me I was greeted by a superb check in staff and guest relation who made me really feel welcome. My room was a corner room on the 18th floor with a stunning view over Istanbul. One of the best features of this hotel are the fitness area and the club lounge. I do not have a change to stay at asian hotels yet so I can't compare but this club lounge has an extensive offering of desserts than in some European properties. However there were some issues. The air condition is central controlled so I couldn't stay in my room during my stay, I would rather spend the whole day in the corridor than in my room. Unstable and slow internet access can be bothered some. I had breakfast one day at the restaurant.Some the male restaurant staffs there seem to be disinterested what they do and was not very helpful on request. All in all I would love to stay in this hotel in the future when I am in this area again. October 30, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs to improve This hotel is living off the Sheraton brand, but is not up to Sherton standards. Hotel is dark and old. Needs refurbishment and modernization. The satellite TV selection is very poor, for English. 3 news channels and a channel showing old 1950s movies is not up to SPG standards. Room was not cleaned very well, carpet was dirty. Was there for 5 nights and would not stay there again. November 24, 2013
