Rated 2 out of 5 by Chipper Poor maintenance and cleaning, bad breakfast, average service
Maintenance and cleaning are poor - On my first night, I discovered an un-emptied kettle (bad smell), someone else's half used shampoo in the shower, broken upholstery on the bench in front of the bed, and the water did not drain properly from the bath during shower. I mentioned most of these points (not the upholstery) to the reception manager. and the hotel fixed them for my second night.
Breakfast is awful - Watery "scramble egg" and some tired buffet offerings. Very synthetic juice. Requested but did not receive coffee.
Service is meh - Asked receptionist if he could break a 50 Lira note into smaller bills. Response was "no". I had to prompt him to find out where I could get change. Some staff were better but some were just putting in the hours, I felt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Yuno Good facilites, Little bit poor software.
I was stayed few days ago. It is really hard to find hotel location. There is no information on homepage how can I get there. PLEASE WRITE AT LEAST METRO STATION.
room facilites is good. clean and comfort.
front desk and reception staff is fine. but, the other staff is... well. for example I ask to door staff when can I buy beer. He answer, gas-station. but, they don't sell the alcohols.
When I leaving the hotel, no one helped me. I need to carry luggage. They are just standing and watching.

The Hotel could do with an update and felt starved of investment ie blind broken in the room, coffee stains in the room. Also this is the first hotel I have stayed in condoms for sale in the room!!
I thought this was the kind of thing up only found in Brothels, WOW I was surprised, Will avoid Sheraton in the future. Staff helpful in general but no more than you would expect

They organised cake and flowers for my partner for his birthday.... also made bookings to nice restaurants so that he can enjoy his special day. When we cambe back from a full day of being spoilt, flowers and cake galore in the room.... what an amazing surprise

Rated 1 out of 5 by MaslakNoGood Avoid, at all cost. If you appreciate your sleep.
Lately I have tried to concentrate my stays towards Sheraton, with the result of being downgraded to Silver status with other big chains. Well, fair enough, I have always slept very good in Sheraton hotels. They seem to have got it, sleeping comfort is important. But as in all systems there has to be an exception, this Maslak is Sheratons exception... As all findings regarding a good sleep, there's three things, cool, quiet and dark... These rooms are ROASTING.... And that's because the greedy management doesn't want to turn the AC on.... Temperature in the room is 27 degrees... And they wont turn the AC on... And leaves the staff with a silly, lame excuse of that there's "a one pipe system" it cannot be turned on... So you have to the window... yeah right, what happens to quiet and dark then...? And did it help, well, it went to 25 and noisy... This is now the 18th of April... It's embarrassing that they're allowed to use the Sheraton logo Was going to a beer in frustration, but imagine, it wasn't cool either... :-(
