Pleased to have gotten in super late (1 am) and still warmly greeted. Check in was quick. Wanted to catch a few extra zzz's since we were without the kids but housekeeping banged on the door at 9 am. Then there was the shouting each other's names, slamming things in the adjacent room, and playing loud music in the halls. Provided additional points as compensation, but felt this needed to be addressed. Also, they should invest in a pool cover, as my view was of an empty pool. :(

We made reservations at this hotel on our way to Florida for spring break. had trouble with our room and the staff did the best they can considering we had a very late check-in. The staff were very apologetic for the issues we encountered and did their best to ensure that we stay again on our way back from our vacation. We just booked our room and will be staying there again. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel that we are your most important guests.

We appreciated the speed with which we were able to check in and get in our room. Room was clean and facilities up to standard. Luggage cart was old and a little difficult to use because it wasn't up to date or in good shape. In the room we were pleased with room comfort and size. On a minor note there was enough coffee in the room but not enough sugar/cream. Room service was available through the restaurant on site but menus were falling apart and despite stating that service was available until 11pm, room service said last call was at 10:30 and wouldn't deliver anything when we called at 10:40 except ice cream - not even coffee that was asked for. This isn't a major inconvenience but after a stressful day we had really been looking forward to the food delivery. Menus need to be reprinted anyway to fix errors and appropriately state food availability and times. Otherwise we were happy with our stay and would come back for sure.

We stayed three nights at this hotel in Perimeter Center. You were at full capacity which I believed caused the problem with no hot water for three nights. When I talked to the person at the front desk we were told we are working on it and sorry for the inconvience. He said 9 people had complained. If you have no hot water for a shower for 3 nights it's more than an inconvenience. It is unacceptable. if you don't believe me try the experience. I asked for a different room and was told there was none. This is a plumbing issue that needs to be corrected or don't sell more rooms than the plumbing can handle.

This Sheraton needs an update, but if you are looking for a value stay with SPG this is it. Staff is very friendly. SPG gold and up they are hesitant to offer late checkout. Don't be surprised If they refuse. I was refused on multiple stays or told to call the desk in the morning. One time they offered it at check in and then called me in the morning to take it away.

I have stayed here multiple times before with decent visits, but in the last visit there were numerous issues with the hotel. I would not be one to complain for minor issues, but I would consider these problems of severe concern.
My room was set at 60 degrees and could not be adjusted to a higher temperature. After having a technician work on the air condition/heating unit for an hour and half, I was finally relocated to a room at midnight, when i needed to be awake by 5 a.m. Secondly, after working out in the gym the next night, I came back to a room with no running water. I was not notified of this with a note or call to my room and no additional bottled water was provided to me. There was no water in the hotel until the following morning, roughly 10hrs later.

Booked the romance package and might as well have gotten a standard room. The champagne and the fruit where not there when requested. I notified the staff, went to run errands, came back to nothing. Call the front desk and was told the guy who delivers that stuff was gone for the evening but they would see what they could do. Luckily someone from room service brought it up but wasn't exactly the same. Breakfast was great the service during breakfast was great. I thought everything else was gonna be super smooth. The package was supposed to come with late checkout, the guy never mentioned a specific check out time so I assumed that we could just check out late as the reservation noted. Housekeeping knocks on our door just after twelve saying we don't have late checkout so I call the desk again. They inform me that no we do not have late checkout to which I'm like wtf because that was one of my main reasons for getting the whole romance package. certain aspects were top of but honestly I feel like I wasted my money.
Also my spg membership was never mentioned I was not given the access code for the Wi-Fi or anything else that was supposed to come with it

We had a great time thanks to Jeffery K, he made us feel right at home and made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. He was the greatest and ALWAYS had a SMILE on his face and greeted us with it at all times!

I normally stay at neighbouring SPG hotels. This Sheraton tops them all with hospitality and service. It's prime location makes it very convenient to get anywhere in the Atlanta Metro area. Great staff and great service

I STAYED AT THE HOTEL WITH A LARGE GROUP FOR A FAMILY. THE HOTEL WAS ILL EQUIPPED TO HANDLE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
ROOM NOT READY AT CHECK IN. HAD TO WAIT.
THE OTHER PERSON IN ROOM CHECKED IN LATER AND WAS TOLD WE DID NOT HAVE A RESERVATION.
STAFF AT RESTAURANT / BAR COULD NOT KEEP UP WITH GUESTS.
HAD TO WAIT TOO LONG FOR COFFEE AND UTENSILS TO EAT.
HEAT WAS BLASTING IN ROOM AT 77 DEGREES AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND ENGINEERS LATER.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed the hotel. This vist was very different.
The lounge was awful with the very worst selection on offer that I have seen in all my years staying at SPG properties around the world. The worst by a huge distance.
Staff in the hotel looked bored and uninterested.
If you need to stay in Atlanta there are far better hotels in the city than this one.

The room and other accommodations were excellent, but the feature that impressed me the most was the absolutely genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff. One can usually expect professional courtesy from hotel staff wherever you travel, but the people of your Sheraton were courteous and friendly, I believe, simply because they are good people. You are most fortunate to have such an excellent quality of people in your employ.

This was our first time in Atlanta and from the moment we entered the hotel until we left, our experiences with this hotel and it's staff was excellent. Staff was courteous, informative and made us feel right at home.
Pool area was especially nice and having a pool menu enhanced our day as we waited for the festivities of the wedding to begin in the evening.

The staff here were awesome and treated me very well. The pool, lounge, and lobby were great. Now, granted I used points but the room I stayed in was very tiny for two adults and two kids. The bathroom was dated and there was no refrigerator or microwave.

Unfortunately this hotel does not meet any of the standards set by the Starwood Brand. The staff is neither responsive or accommodating and the hotel does not care for your personal property. It is unfortunate that I had this experience but I am hoping you don't have the same experience. The leadership at this hotel was neither helpful or took ownership of the situation.
There are so many other properties in Atlanta please stay there. If you need to be near the Perimeter stay at another brand.
You work hard for your money don't let it go to waste at this property.

The Atlanta Perimeter North area is an area rich with hotels but virtually all showing signs of age. The Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North is a great value, good location and great staff. While the property is not as "up to date" as some of the other hotels in the area, the friendly staff and amenities make up for this. If you have status the executive lounge is better than most of the competition and significantly less crowded than those that might be slightly better. The regular staff at the executive lounge a great and get to know the regulars and greet them like family.

This is my 1st long term stay in a Starwood property. I have stayed at W's in the past for 1-2 nights at the most during a year.
One of the highlights of the property is the friendliness of the staff. Right from the front office, to the staff at the hotel restaurant, they are super friendly, take every effort to make your stay comfortable, greet you when they see you in the hallway, etc.First 2 weeks, I did not take a rental and depended on the hotel shuttle to take me to work/ dinner, etc. One particualar eve, after dinner, I called front desk to pick me up from the restaurant. Since it was close to 10 pm (the last shuttle pickup is 10 pm), they arranged for a cab to pick me up, and the hotel paid for the cab service. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of customer care.
In particular, I wish to thank Gillian, Tammy, Kunal at the front desk, Pam in the lounge, and the associate in the restaurant.
Kudos to the property GM Taghi Nour for putting together a great team. The GM himself is a very jolly individual who does not hesitate to give you a shuttle ride, if nobody is around.
A wonderful property, gave me a good introduction on what to expect from SPG during my travels.
