This hotel was so nice and friendly we stayed again on our return trip. In the future, if we stayed, we won't upgrade to club level. Our decision is based on the the staff on duty. It seemed their job was to ignore guest, do little as possible, and watch television. They didn't clean the tables as you left, you had to ask them to clean the tables when you came in. The table we used the evening before still had the same mess from the last night.

I work for an airline. We travel standby. On a whim we decided to go to Atlanta. I didn't book the hotel until we were in the rental car on the way to the hotel...about 20 minutes away.
Arrived and was promptly greeted. The employee, Said, was very nice. He asked if I was traveling alone or with my family. I stated I was with my wife and toddler. He then found a suite for us, no extra charge.
Nice room (I stay in hotels 2-3 nights a week), clean....but the couch had a cushion issue. Either the cushion had been steam cleaned and shrunk or swapped from another couch. The left bottom cushion was much smaller than the right cushion, to the point where my daughter would keep having her legs or arms fall into the huge cracks.
Beyond that the room was fine. We were happy to drive a little extra to save points and not pay a parking fee.

Staff was great and they went out of their way to service myself and others in our party except for breakfast (dining) staff. The breakfast (dining) staff was very rude and favored other guests that were dining. We received our breakfast within in a hour and a half and were overcharged. Also, specific items off the breakfast menu were ordered yet were never received. However, those that were great were the evening (dining) staff, check-in and maid service. Evening (dining) staff worked hard to make sure myself and the others in my party had everything they needed and were satisfied. The check-in went smoothly and he made sure we were all settled in and comfortable with our room. The maids were very helpful and cleaned our room great and helped set up the cot so that it was comfortable for one of the ladies in my party. Check-out was okay.

The best part of our stay was the attention and good humor of Jeffrey, the breakfast host. He is attentive, friendly, and funny. It was like being a guest at the home of a good friend.

The hotel is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to add a feature that allows the fan on the air conditioner to stay on. Since the air conditioning system was very loud, the constant on and off kept me awake both nights.

my toilet clogged on first use. I had to go out for the evening so called first thing in the morning. Was told nobody was there to fix it and they could switch my room. I called down 3 minutes later and was told they could not switch my room now. I had to use the bathroom in the lobby.
Ordered breakfast via room service for 7:15-7:30 delivery. Got a call at 7:40 saying it was on its way up after verifying my order.

My recent stay here was very nice. Upon arrival the gentleman behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the club level room and the snacks that were laid out in the evening. The hotel itself is very clean and upon entering, the decor is lovely. Very nicely kept and clean. I stay in hotels every week and this one was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Will stay again for sure.

I was very pleased with my stay at this Sheraton. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful. I'm an SPG Gold member and was provided a room on the club level floor with access to the club lounge. I was also provided the option of a free cocktail or additional SPG points at check-in.
My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary wifi and parking was a plus! The club lounge was well stocked and provided hot food and a variety of beverages including wine in the evenings.
The only issue I had was with the breakfast buffet. On the weekends the buffet does not include made to order omelets, but it does during the week. After checking with the restaurant staff multiple times, I was offered an omelette as part of the buffet on Sunday. However the omelette was not made as requested.
Overall my stay was very good. I will definitely return, but will have breakfast off the property.

The internet connection was too slow. I was in Atlanta on business and found the internet insufficient. If you need to stay connected to the office you may want to consider an alternative hotel.

I had a really nice stay at your hotel this week. The bed and room was super comfortable and spacious. The staff was very attentive and you could see they were happy. The parking situation is a challenge because most parking is in the back and we could not find a way in except for stairs. My air conditioning was not working well the first night but was fixed by the 2nd night.

Last night the fire alarm went off at 2am. It was dismissed, and all of us attempted to fall back asleep. About 45 minutes later, we were told to evacuate to the lobby. An hour later rooms were reopened. Forty five minutes later yet another alarm went off. Before the fire alarm we were told there was no fire and to ignore the third alarm. Needless to say we got no sleep.

Needed something in Perimeter for a medical appointment and this hotel had a great special which included the buffet breakfast and late check out. The staff was super friendly, especially the breakfast host. The king suite was roomy and comfortable. The only complaint , albeit a minor one, would be that there is an extra charge for a room fridge. We would stay again.

We first checked into a room with a loud ac. We reported to staff and within five minutes, they moved us to another room. We enjoyed all those comforts you want - comfort, hot shower and peace and quiet. The 'free' Internet wi-fi strength rated excellent and the 2 HDTVs had plenty of available channels. An added bonus was easy access back to I-285.

This was my first stay here, I found the front desk staff very accommodating, I flew in from Hong Kong and arrived at 6am and they let me have a room early as I was so tired. Jeffery, the head waiter in the restaurant is outstanding, the nicest most friendly gentleman I have met working in a hotel in a very long time. Keep up the great job!

This hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. the bathrooms in the regular rooms left much to be desired, but still a great room. very comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool area, and no one can beat the customer service!

The hotel was decent. Comfortable, Clean Room. Nice bed. Nice Flat Screens in the rooms.
That said the lack of mini fridge and absolutely Sub Par Wi-Fi was a big disappointment. I found myself having to work in nearby restaurants in order to get a decent Wi-Fi connection.
But aside from that, a decent place to say.

We stayed here because of the TripAdvisor rating and we were not disappointed. The Service was the best we've ever experienced. Check in was fast and friendly. They were very personable. Comfy beds, nice rooms. They do an excellent job. I love the receptionist (Sadia) great personality and prompt service.

Dated hotel, musty smell, horrible wi-fi, loud air conditioner, terrible parking. All I ask for is a clean, comfortable, quiet room with solid wi-fi so I can feel at home and get work done when in the room...this property was simply terrible. As a Starwood Platinum member, I am deeply disappointed.

Our stay was very nice. The room was very clean and the staff was very professional. Front desk was especially courteous because we requested early arrival and everything was set! The restaurant attendant was also very nice.
This ranks as one of the best Sheraton stays! We will definitely return.

No mention of my gold status upon checkin, no room upgrade, no water in the room and no free gift. Is SPG loyalty really so unimportant??? If so why is there such emphasis corporately to build membership??? When I asked about the gold gift at the front desk the person working just looked at me.

Have been staying at the Sheraton Perimeter every time I go to Atlanta on business. Full service hotel with great clean and quiet rooms. Well equipped fitness room and a tasty breakfast. Friendly staff that work to make sure your stay is comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Emanuelle was extremely knowledgable about the surrounding area and gave us several great suggestions. The service was excellent by the whole staff. I will definitely be staying here on my return trips to the Atlanta area.

During a three night stay I had to tell the front desk about the continuous slamming of doors late at night on our floor. Also the room Air conditioner was exceedingly loud. Wish that there was complimentary lobby coffee; that would have helped.

Great apartments and location, but I paid the hotel checkin in cash, but still performed an improper charge on my credit card, despite having been issued final bill stating that there was nothing the hotel. I hope my case can be resolved. Stay tuned those who pay the hotel in cash.

Nice hotel overall. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious.
Hall noise is easily heard in the guest rooms. Lounge was poorly staffed without much to offer for breakfast. We went up two mornings in a row and they were cleaned out and there were no staff to be found.

The hotel's appearance is nice and the rooms are clean, comfortable and up to date.
Most hotels have a snack shop, especially when there are no stores within walking distance; this one does not.
Some of the desk staff was very helpful with check-in, directions and other inquiries, however one desk person was distracted and curt. Maybe having a bad day.
Biggest problem was NOISY cleaning crew. Because of bad weather (I was riding a motorcycle from New York to Atlanta), I was stuck in the hotel for two days. It didn't matter whether it was 4pm, 1pm or 11am, there was banging in the rooms and the hall. I finally checked and found a "supervisor" checking rooms. So that she could go in and out of each room several times, she would put the swinging lock into place while the door was open and then proceed to bang the door into that lock each and every time she went into each and every room. After hearing the banging a few dozen times, I asked her if she could please stop the banging. The sounds magically stopped.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The young man, Tyren(I think), the server in the bar and dining area, the chef, and Manny the server for breakfast, made my wife and I feel like old friends. This hotel will be our choice every time we stay in Atlanta.

My 2nd stay here: everyone is so pleasant -- genuine smiles, always willing to answer a question or lend a hand. This Sheraton played an important role in having good memories of Atlanta and our willingness to return.
