I stayed in hotel for 5 days, and I asked front desk to provide decaf coffee packets for the room coffee maker, called twice they never showed up... housing keep was not refilling the towels and soap you have to request all the time.

The staff went out of their way to be accomodating and helpfull. Not just one individuual but everyone we had contact with. So much so that my wife went back in after check out to let them know how much we appreciated the service.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. the bathrooms in the regular rooms left much to be desired, but still a great room. very comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool area, and no one can beat the customer service!

The rooms were dirty. The guests in our hallway were allowed to run up and down the hall screaming and yelling from 8 pm to 8am the following morning. They were also allowed to be at the pool yelling and screaming until 3 am.

My family and I had a great time. The staff was great. The room were nice and comfortable. Barely heard the noise from the construction taking place at the hotel. Plan on going back the next couple of months.

The hotel promised a roll away bed when the reservation was made but none was available when we arrived. The manager tried to make it right by giving us free breakfast buffets but not having the bed was a huge inconvenience.

I have stayed there on numerous occasions, the longest was for 8 consecutive weeks. This is my home away from home. I have come to know the front desk, shuttle, and dining staff who always treat me with warmth and respect.

My 2nd stay here: everyone is so pleasant -- genuine smiles, always willing to answer a question or lend a hand. This Sheraton played an important role in having good memories of Atlanta and our willingness to return.

Arrived at 10:30 local time. Front desk staff was friendly, easy to talk to and offered me a free breakfast buffet ticket. Room was great, bed made for a good nights rest. Thanks for showing what a great hotel can be.

There was no refrigerator in the room the room was very dark and unwelcoming. We had to climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to the first floor from parking in the back. No parking available in the front.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable but what makes it an excellent place to stay is the staff. They never fail to greet you with a smile and seem genuinely interested in making your stay pleasant.

Room-nice &comfy, Staff-helpful, and Convenience & Amenities-great. Only drawback was the elevator got stuck for a few mins. Overall a good experience. I would stay again & recommend a stay to others.

The internet connection was too slow. I was in Atlanta on business and found the internet insufficient. If you need to stay connected to the office you may want to consider an alternative hotel.

I have tried several times callimg to have my bill sent to my e-mail , however it doesnt work. I spent more than an hour trying and still do not receive it. I made at least 4 calls tonight.

I have stayed in hotels all over Atlanta, and this hotel is WONDERFUL. The staff is very attentive and the rooms and lobby are great.

I had no idea these rooms did not include a fridge. I am diabetic, had meds and foods to refrigerate and they were unwilling to provide one. Just told me that they were not included.????

This hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful. I want to especially thank Christian who was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel has free WiFi and parking and a nice gym.

Being an SPG member, there are certain expectations of "service" that are assumed when staying at an SPG property. This hotel needs a bit more training on the basics of hospitality.

The first room had mold in the bathtub and ants. The second room had a hole in the fabric of the sofa, broken lightshade and a dirty diaper leftover from an earlier guest. YUCK!

This property is Category 2, but has more like Category 6 aspirational service. Stayed in a junior suite -the room was in good condition. The salmon in the restaurant is tasty.

Staff was very friendl and the hotel was Andover average for a Sherraton. The best compliment I can give is that this is my go to property in the ATL area.
