I really enjoy staying here at this hotel. I have stayed here the last 4 or 5 times that I have visited Atlanta. It's just a great place to stay. Very comfortable and in close proximity to everything..

I don't think I've ever had such a "slap in the face" SPG stay as I'd had here.
It wasn't supposed to be difficult...one night, check-in, good night's sleep, check-out. Heck, I'd even been here in 2010, and it wasn't bad.
I had a Club Floor room booked, confirmed, and paid for. Upon arrival at the hotel, I find myself in a room, not on the Club Floor, closest room to the elevators, without a functioning ethernet jack in the room, and with heating/cooling issues.
I called SPG, and they confirmed that someone at the property had manually gone into my reservation, and taken me off the Club Floor and put me in this room. Both SPG and the property management advised that there was no availability in the hotel, and that they couldn't accomodate.
Next day, I had a very frank conversation with the GM, and notwithstanding the apologies he provided, nor those of his staff during the entire ordeal the night before, I will not give this property another chance to ruin a trip for me.
Take my money and pull a fast one on me once, giving me less than I paid for? Shame on you. If I were to give you a second chance to do so, shame on me.

This hotel was not up to Starwood standards...
1) I asked if I could check in early (1 PM). The woman at the front desk was very rude and said no. I had to pry and ask why. She said, they were at capacity and couldn't do anything before 3 PM. I understand the 3 PM rule...but she could've been nice and professional about it.
2) We called for extra towels twice during our first night. They were never delivered.
3) We returned to our room at 3:30 PM the second day. The room had never been cleaned. We called the front desk to request that it was cleaned. We also asked the house keeping person when we left the room later that afternoon. the room was never cleaned.
4) I called and spoke to the manager. She apologized and gave me a slight discount. She too seemed shocked my room never got cleaned.
5) When we checked out, no one asked us how our stay was us...I guess they didn't care....Not staying here again.

This was my family's first trip to ATL. We were just looking for a weekend getaway and selected this property because it was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown ATL. This was the perfect destination for us. There is a very nice park across the street that is very family friendly. The staff was amazing and very accomodating to my entire family, including my pet. The shuttle drivers were also very friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle will take you to the nearbye Perimeter Mall for some very nice shopping and you can also get on the MARTA there to take you downtown. Again, I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our entire stay at this property and can't wait to go back.

I had a comfortable nights sleep in a quiet, dark room. Lounge ok, breakfast was good.
The staff were friendly and helpful

Rated 3 out of 5 by EnerJi Fine hotel; atrocious Internet speeds
Relatively new and modern hotel, with comfortable rooms. Service of staff at breakfast is outstanding--they went out of their way three days in a row to ensure I was in and out quickly.
Unfortunately, as a business professional I depend on hotel Internet access to continue working in the mornings / evenings, and the Internet speeds during my 3-night stay in January 2012 were absolutely atrocious. 1000+ ms latency, and speeds that barely exceeded dial-up. Completely unacceptable in a full-service business hotel, and that's why I rate Room Comfort and Facilities as just 2 stars.
