First of all Chose the Hotel for the price. But once I got there I find that I had no internet unless I paid an ungodly price per day, Also no complimentary breakfast. I was not about to pay $$ for my breakfast when I could go down the street and get same exact thing for less than $. $$ for a bottle of water was also ridiculous. I had to get 4 different remotes for my TV. I also had told front desk that the shower head was broken and was spraying the ceiling. They did not fix that. The ceiling was peeling.

Very nice hotel and staff. The staff was very helpful in everything that I requested. They were professional and prompt in the service. The facilities were clean and well kept.

When I arrived at the Hotel they had me in a room with a King bed and I reserved a room with a double bed and had my e-mail from you with that info on it. The girl tried to say they did not have a room with 2 beds. Finally I got my room and access to the Club Floor where I was suppose to be in the first place. Needless to say I was not happy. The room I was in was very nice, but on wrong floor. I would appreciate it if I could get some kind of discount for all the trouble that I went thru.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Jo Jo and Adriana were great bartenders, very friendly.

Another great stay at the Sheraton West. The staff always greets you with a smile. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Does not fit the expectations of a Sheraton. Firstly the a/c units in the rooms are noisy (and over several stays, I've had many rooms), but the main criticism is directed to the restaurant, the 'Clay Urban Kitchen'. Whilst breakfasts are fine with the staff very engaging and helpful, in the evening there are far too few trained staff on duty, including in the kitchen. Any more than 8-10 diners and the pace of the service slows and when the room is over 50% full, it just gets worse. Staff try to do their best, but you can do better.

This is a standard Sheraton hotel. Great for business stays. But the room service is HORRIBLE. Dishes that are great in other Sheratons are disgusting here. I will not be staying at this Sheraton next time I'm in town.
