Rated 1 out of 5 by S-L-O-W Internet Remember back in the day when we all used dial-up internet access and waited for website to load? The good old days are back again at the Sheraton West Houston! Yes, you too can have the luxury of drinking coffee, taking a nap, and other activities while you wait on the internet. Don't be a Productivity Chump. Step back into time and enjoy yesteryear hear at the Sheraton West. (TWO DAYS. ALL DAY. MULTIPLE LOCATIONS THROUGH THE HOTEL. TRIED EVERYTHING. HORRIBLE) August 26, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by ok First of all Chose the Hotel for the price. But once I got there I find that I had no internet unless I paid an ungodly price per day, Also no complimentary breakfast. I was not about to pay $$ for my breakfast when I could go down the street and get same exact thing for less than $. $$ for a bottle of water was also ridiculous. I had to get 4 different remotes for my TV. I also had told front desk that the shower head was broken and was spraying the ceiling. They did not fix that. The ceiling was peeling. August 4, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Room not correct When I arrived at the Hotel they had me in a room with a King bed and I reserved a room with a double bed and had my e-mail from you with that info on it. The girl tried to say they did not have a room with 2 beds. Finally I got my room and access to the Club Floor where I was suppose to be in the first place. Needless to say I was not happy. The room I was in was very nice, but on wrong floor. I would appreciate it if I could get some kind of discount for all the trouble that I went thru. July 29, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by What happened to good service???? It's a shame, because this hotel is bascically a nice hotel. Very business oriented--more busy during week. But be prepared, if you stay on the weekend......it's a ghost town!! They don't inform you that most of their amenities are only during the week. I tried to order room service at 10:32 on a Saturday morning.....and was told the chef had GONE HOME FOR THE DAY!!!! After checking with the front desk, I was THEN told that service was "limited" on weekends. After 11 am the front desk then told me the chef was in fact there and "even though it was after 11 am he would fix me some breakfast". By that time, I was ready to check out. In this day and age, with sooooo many hotel options, you just can't afford to have bad service!!! Won't stay here again. June 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton on Clay Very nice hotel and staff. The staff was very helpful in everything that I requested. They were professional and prompt in the service. The facilities were clean and well kept. August 4, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Horrible room service This is a standard Sheraton hotel. Great for business stays. But the room service is HORRIBLE. Dishes that are great in other Sheratons are disgusting here. I will not be staying at this Sheraton next time I'm in town. May 19, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room for improvement Does not fit the expectations of a Sheraton. Firstly the a/c units in the rooms are noisy (and over several stays, I've had many rooms), but the main criticism is directed to the restaurant, the 'Clay Urban Kitchen'. Whilst breakfasts are fine with the staff very engaging and helpful, in the evening there are far too few trained staff on duty, including in the kitchen. Any more than 8-10 diners and the pace of the service slows and when the room is over 50% full, it just gets worse. Staff try to do their best, but you can do better. July 18, 2014
