The Asian young man at the front desk was exceptionally warm and friendly. I should have gotten his name. He made me feel like he was glad to see me. The other staff that I came into contact with (housekeeping, room service, etc. ) were also very friendly. The SPG lounge was operating in the morning, and in the evenings, seven days a week. Not just five days a week, like other properties. Also, the fully-stocked coffeepot in the lobby was kept operational, and available to the guests, all the way into the afternoon. This should be standard procedure, at all properties.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sport43 Close to my Houston office
Stayed for 8 nights
Although this is close to our Houston office, there is nothing within a reasonable distance for restaraunts or shopping. Certainly not within walking distance. If you dont have a car this is not the place for you. The wireless is intermitant and you get dropped. Restaraunt is small and is booked for private functions leaving you to find out side eating. Did not have a TV remate or and iron in room on check in. Did get a remote, never did get an iron.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CocoBunny Friendly staff and amazing food
All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. From the front desk staff, to the lady who delivered my room service breakfast to the restaurant staff, everyone made sure I had a comfortable stay.
I'd also like to say that the restaurant (Clay Urban Kitchen) in the hotel is phenomenal! If the Sheraton ever ran out of rooms and I had to stay elsewhere on Clay Road, I would definitely make sure to go over to the Clay Urban Kitchen for dinner because they had some of the best meals.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Christel73 What happened to good service????
It's a shame, because this hotel is bascically a nice hotel. Very business oriented--more busy during week. But be prepared, if you stay on the weekend......it's a ghost town!! They don't inform you that most of their amenities are only during the week. I tried to order room service at 10:32 on a Saturday morning.....and was told the chef had GONE HOME FOR THE DAY!!!! After checking with the front desk, I was THEN told that service was "limited" on weekends. After 11 am the front desk then told me the chef was in fact there and "even though it was after 11 am he would fix me some breakfast". By that time, I was ready to check out. In this day and age, with sooooo many hotel options, you just can't afford to have bad service!!! Won't stay here again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by hatsu Below expectations
I stayed one month in the hotel and for the price paid and no breakfast included and the amenities available in the room I found it very much below my expectations.
Fitness room was crowded and insufficient and the pool was without any green. Service team sometimes impolite.
I would not reccomend for long stay terms.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mur578 Horrible room service
This is a standard Sheraton hotel. Great for business stays. But the room service is HORRIBLE. Dishes that are great in other Sheratons are disgusting here. I will not be staying at this Sheraton next time I'm in town.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and most helpful. The decor and atmosphere was very relaxing. And the breakfast was delicious. Absolutely no complaints and I would definitely stay there again.
