Well situated, excellent business hotel. Great value. Hotel tends to the business traveler, not a resort type of hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel on and off for the last 6months.
you are greeted by the front of house personnel with the same level of enthusiasm every day ( they make you feel at home ) which when you are going to be away for long periods of time is a big thing.
On all my visits have have never had cause for complaint , i was asked to provide the hotel with my preferences eg pillows i prefered etc and that was that i never had to ask again.
There hotel staff are a credit to the organisation they are extremely proffessional in everything they do.
The hotel is situated in an excellent position with good connection times to and from Bengalaru International airport , this will be even more efficent when the airport freeway into the city centre is completed.
There are very good restaurant facilities in the hotel that cater to all tastes , the hotel chef also said if i had any special dietry requests he would make everyeffort to arrange them, this is something i have never been offerded anywhere else
this hotel is in my opinion quite exceptional in how it treats its guests and always goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfotable.
i would reccomend this hotel everytime based on my experience.
They are first class.

The hotel is beautiful and is in a decent enough location. While not exactly next to MG Road or the sights, its not too far away, even with the ridiculous traffic that exists in Bangalore.
They also have a nice pool area and very nice restaurants. They even had a fancy Sunday brunch with live music. Music was a bit loud for my taste, but the place was packed and everyone was enjoying themselves. And the food was really good.
The rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was nice too. They also have a large beautiful lobby with internet.
The one big gripe I have with this hotel is the concierge staff. The night before our check out I asked if we could have them call us a taxi to take us to the airport. They said sure. The next morning when we checked out we asked them to call a taxi. They said it would be difficult - as taxis dont really pick up during the AM rush hour. They do however offer a hotel car (which costs 5x the amount of the taxi) - well over $50USD. We asked them to try the taxi but after trying for almost a 1/2 hour we had no choice but to take them up on their hotel car and pay the ridiculously higher rate (or we would've missed our flight). As it is, we had to run inside the terminal when we arrived.
Since the concierge knew that the taxi wouldn't be available why not tell us the night before so we can arrange something then. Why have us stress in the AM? We asked them this - and they said sorry, it's not our fault - its the taxis fault. No, it isnt. The front desk didn't care either - and said to maintain a hotel car is expensive.
Anyway, the hotel is great - the restaurants are great - the rooms are great. Just know you better plan ahead if you want to take a taxi anywhere and don't rely on their concierge at all.

Hotel location is quite good. May be the tallest hotel building in bangalore. Rooms are spacious. Each & Every staff member extends hospitality. Following improvements can make it a memorable experience for guests.
*Room Ambience does not give luxury feeling.
* Bit of smell in carpet spread across corridor.
* North Indian Food quality is not upto the mark
* Food quality is not consistent.
* One of my local friend had Thai Food during Thai Food festival and expressed similar views.
* As bangalore is dusty place now a days, it is better to have shoe shine polish rather than just cloth.
* It will be good if shampoo & conditioner can be herbal with aloe vera base(with out sodium lauyrel sulphate)

Spent three nights at the Sheraton Bangalore over a weekend to breakup a long trip and to try a new location.
This location is out of the way for many, but if you have business in this particular part of Bangalore, it's a great place to be.
The hotel had great platinum recognition with a great and much appreciated upgrade as it was meant to be a relaxing weekend, with much time spent relaxing in the suite!
The executive lounge was a nice Oasis. The staff there, especially the team leader/manger of the lounge itself. The food offerings in the lounge were good, but not great -- much better offerings at some other SPG hotels in India.
The Italian restaurant had great Pizza and the Persian Restaurants set menu was also very nice and had some unique and equally delicious items on it.
The hotel is in a complex with an office building, mall , hospital and apartments. A nice oasis, especially if you have business here. The hotel advertises that it is connected to both the mall and the office building via a covered walkway. While it's not a huge deal, these walkways are not open and one must walk outside. Not a big deal, but if they are non-functional, I would suggest that the advertising materials of the hotel be updated to reflect this.
The gym is nice and has a great view of the pool. Only issue with the gym was that the AED device seemed to be missing. There was a rack for the AED and signs pointing to it, but the device itself was not there. Hopefully this is replaced before someone happens to need this important medical device.
Would certainly stay here again if I needed a hotel in this part of Bangalore. Unfortunately, due to the traffic in Bangalore, one should really stay in a hotel closest to their main business appointments, and for me at least this hotel is a little far out from the center of the town.

The breast fast was not good, together with services. The staffs were polite and kind, but the services were not there. sometime, it took me three time asking for tea and more than 12 minutes to come, even I ordered when I assigned a seat.

The water in the toilet seemed to have a brown residue whenever I came back from my work day.
The food tasted great but upset my tummy. I was really not able to enjoy the food during my second and third day there.
I faced electrical problems on my first day when a short on my workdesk lamp caused my full room power to trip. The issue is that i know these things happen but the problem was that the bedside phone was also out of power making it impossible for me to contact the reception. I was however able to do it since i had a collegue in the next room.

Check in process brought questionable ethics. They insisted that I had booked the hotel for 2 nights commencing July 27 instead of 1 night commencing July 28. They then said that they had sent a driver to pick me up at the airport the night before. This is despite the fact that the check in info showed on Sheraton's own sheet that the reservation was for 1 night commencing the 28th. I finally had to show the actual reservation confirmation that the staff backed down from trying to charge me for 2 nights. A highly unprofessional behavior.

Reservations was pateint in dealing with our so many requests for change in dates. Enjoyed the three nights, good service.
The glow on the electrical switches in the room, were hardly visible in the dark. I also noted that a few guests were allowed into the hotel without the mandatoy security checks. I did bring this to the attention of the Assocaite Director, Sales (Vikram?)

The hotel building was very impressive, in a nice campus. Myself and few other delegates interacted with, found the hotel staff very courtesous, the breakfast very good. Overall excellent experience. When I wanted some word file to be printed and scanned later and emailed to me the staff at SPG desk were very courteous and did this quickly.

The hotel is nicely situated in Bengalore, near a shopping center. It is new, so everything is in great condition.
Staying a bit longer than the official checkout time requires a lot of negotation, and bottom line I has to pay half a day for hrs. So, next time when a chekout 6 hrs ahead of time will I get half a day back?

Music is very loud in all areas. I assume that the hotel is for professionals who expect a certain amount of quietness.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The quality of F& B is good. The gym is well equipped. The staff is very helpful and profesional. Overall very happy with the stay. Unfortunately the towels are not white anymore.

This hotel is excellent. The service and food is very good although a bit slow. (45 min for the sheraton burger) The poolside is nice unfortunately the water is 1,20m deep. The Spa facilities are perfect for a good relaxation.

Two things I did not like:
- lobby so huge with a lot of wasted areas, must be utilised.
- AC in corridors dose not have a fresh air smell.
