Rated 3 out of 5 by Awesome hotel and staff - horrible internet My only gripe is that internet is free for all, and extremely slow in the evening. Was absolutely frustrating, could connect to internet, but was unusable, even google.com took a minute to load. It was worse than dial up speeds from 20 years ago. If you want reliable internet access, this is not ideal. Kinda sad have to cancel my reservations (was planning on next 6 months staying here Mon-Thu) as I travel for business, everything else is as usual awesome, nice location, property, staff. But in this day and age, if wifi is virtually non-existent, cannot stay here ever again. Very unfortunate. Hopefully management fixes this. I travel on business and wifi speeds are very important as I work over 10 hrs/day in my room, so sucks (for me and sheraton unfortunately) July 23, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Friendly Staff but Out-of-Date Facilities The staff including shuttle drivers were very friendly and accomnodating. However, the rooms were out-of-date. For instance, the white shear on the windows looked like it came from a resale shop - VERY worn. July 22, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel has beautiful views. We stayed for three days for a family event, and enjoyed eating in the restaurant. The staff was very helpful and tried to make our stay enjoyable. But the beds were very uncomfortable. The mattress pads bunched under the sheets, and the mattresses were old and lumpy feeling. This hotel is starting to look worn and needs maintenance and new mattresses. It is in a nice location, has really good staff, shuttle service to the airport, and could be outstanding with some refurbishing. July 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by EXPERIENCE JULY FOURTH WEEKEND We asked for a suite, we did not get one, the room we got was great except it was next to an elevator shaft and you could hear the elevator all night long. The club room was terrific, staff very kind except for a young woman who was a little rude. Front desk staff average July 13, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Business Trip Overall, it is a very nice place. With that said, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There were gnats at times and the Cable TV did not work well. I called and the problem was fixed but returned before I completed my stay. ESPN and other stations were not available and would not stay on. Bristol Bar and Grill was awesome and bar/wait staff was the best. Common areas very nice and fitness center clean and well appointed. July 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Antiquated Hotel I have stayed in many Sheratons and other major chains. Staff was very good. The room was functional but everything looked worn and in need of some modernization and color. The room carpet showed many stains and there was only one open plug for use. Today we have cell phones, laptops and Ipads to charge. I had to unplug a floor lamp to use the outlet plug. July 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful The hotel was in a good location by the river and had easy access to riverfront restaurants. My son loved the indoor pool. What really stood out was the attitude of the staff at the front desk - check in and out was efficient and the staff members were full of suggestions and smiles. July 12, 2014
