We recently stayed at this hotel as we regularly stay with this brand all over the country. Generally they are always nice and comfortable, but there were some small detalis that were a problem.
The TV would not come on, but you could hear the sound. I would have to unplug the TV and plug it back in and then the video would play.
The mattress had large stains on it that kind of grossed my wife and I out a bit. We almost went and asked for a different room, but we decided to stay in that room.
The shower head sprayed water all over the ceiling. I think some of the holes in the head were clogged, and need to be cleaned out or replaced.
We were there for only 1 night, so these things were not too annoying, but they would be if we were there for any length of time.

The restaurant is not actually IN the hotel, but attached to it. Which is fine since you can still order food from the bar.
Off and on the interstate is very easy from I65.
The bartender was extremely helpful and friendly! A rarity in today's travels.

Stayed in connection with outpatient surgery in Louisville. Staff was very receptive to my healthcare needs during our stay before and after my surgery. Even took a moment to send a compassionate get well card. Very warm and comfortable environment to begin my recovery. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Louisville. In fact, I'll make an excuse to stay overnight even if I could finish my work in one day, just to stay here. The staff is very friendly, the room price is reasonable, and the SPG benefits are great.
While both sides of the hotel have good views, request a room on the west to enjoy a great Downtown view including the lighted bridge over the Ohio River.
The club service is great, although I wish they'd change the morning/evening food choices more frequently. There are also several restaurants both within and adjacent to the hotel, with many more across the river but within a five-minute drive-I think they even offer drop off/pick up service with the hotel van.
The pool and exercise room are small, but nice.

We checked into the hotel about 9 P.M. and were just overnight the night before flying out of Louisville for spring break. When we checked in, I asked the front desk attendant if she knew where there was a store close by that I could get some yogurt. She immediately went in the back and came out with yogurts for my family and myself.
We had prearranged the free airport shuttle for 5:15 A.M. and when we went down to the lobby at 5:05, the very friendly driver was already waiting for us. We flew back in on Easter, and our driver was at the airport waiting for us. Both shuttle drivers were amazing. Being able to leave our car parked at the hotel for 9 days saved us quite a bit of money.
Every employee that we came into contact with was very professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.

I love staying at a Sheraton Hotel, but this time, I was greatly disappointed. The price of this hotel was $300.00 per night! Why? Well, all of the hotels were booked with Future Farmers of America. 54,000 of them. So they jacked up the price, and the kids were everywhere in the hotel, including sitting and talking outside my room. Yes, it was the perfect storm. A hefty price and not a good sleep. I don't believe I will be staying across the river again. I will say that the woman at checkout was very polite and tried her best to make up for a bad stay, short of refunding a portion of the bill.
