Rated 2 out of 5 Outdated and smeller
This is a fully adequate hotel, but for the brand and the price it is just overall dingy. There's a general odor throughout most of the facility (not overwhelming, but definitely noticable), the rooms are outdated both in comfort (beds are a bit stiff), and upkeep (carpet stains, etc.).
Only redeeming quality is that it is pet friendly and has 3 restaurants available without having to walk outside. Given other options, and for the price, I won't stay again.

Everything for our stay was up to Sheraton standards. My TV did not work, sound no screen, didn't matter so much to me.

Very disappointed from the moment we walked in. Lobby carpet and furniture was old and dirty. Tiny elevators looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years....disgusting. The ninth floor where we stayed smelled like puke the minute we stepped off the elevator. Carpet in room was stained and old. Bathroom mirror frame has a dried substance on it...don't even want to know what that was. Hair dryer had dust and gunk all over it. All counters were dusty. Bed skirt was stained with something. Pillows were flat. The only reason we stayed was that there was nowhere else that had a vacancy this particular night. Awful experience.

Went to the staff about an issue I had. They went above and beyond to satisfy my issue with no questions.

This is a great place to stay. It has been 9 months since I was here last and those who knew me remembered my by name. Shauntel and Frank are awesome.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Maria139 Bugs, sour creamer, almost clean
I checked in prior to my colleagues and was given a room that had lots of live bugs in the bathroom. When the front desk learned, we were immediatly moved to another room.
The room was average, no bugs!
The next morning, we woke up looking to have coffee. The creamer in the room was spoiled and made me wonder how long this had been there. Needless to say no coffee.
That night we came back to a room that only the beds were made, no tracsh was picked up, no creamer replaced and everything was still on the floor.

This hotel is very easy to get to, and I would recommend it to anyone travelling down I-65 or staying in Louisville.

Rated 3 out of 5 by LarryKay A Little Disappointed
The carpet inside the doorway of the room looked like it had not been cleaned. The water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired. The February HBO listing did us no good as our visit was the 3rd week in March. For the price of the room, it should have been better.
We were on the 2nd floor and once heard a commotion late at night. That is when we noticed we were on the same floor as the hotel entrance to the H00ters (first review was rejected due to spelling of the restaurant's name deemed inappropriate language) restaurant.
The location to downtown Jeffersonville was excellent.
