when we checked in, Chauntel was awesome. We are gold members, she treated us extremely well. However, the night crew, Eric and another seemingly entitled young lady didn't respond to my request. I asked for additional towels to be sent to the room, nothing. That isn't a hugh undertaking. Also, the walls of the room were VERY dirty. It looked like someone had wiped their nostril excretions beside the bed on the wall. The door of the bathroom was streaked black. There was a spider web in the corner next to the T.V. I never write reviews, however, this was a must for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by treeters Derby weekend
The weekend was lovely. The lady who checked us in Thursday evening was very helpful. We had four girls and way too much luggage. She helped us load and take all our stuff upstairs since the bellman had left for the evening - got in late.
The concierge lounge provide a lovely breakfast to get us going. I only wish it had stayed open until 10 on Fri.
The restaurant on site - Bristols was able to take us without reservations after Derby Sat. which was very helpful. We did not want to venture in the rain after returning late from derby.
When we checked in they gave us programs, box lunch order sheets and other helpful info. We also received our derby program under our door Fri night.
Will come back next year

There are 5 restaurants that's are decent and within just a 1 minute walk or attached to the hotel.
Staff is always very welcoming and engaging.
SPG guests should take advantage of club level as breakfast has a good amount of options and a great benefit.
Easy access to/from the highway and out of the way of the busy downtown area.

The physical hotel was excellent, but more impressive was the honesty of the staff. We left something in our room, and did not notice it until we were almost home. I called the hotel, and they had the item shipped it to us (we paid the postage). I have left things in other hotels before and they were never found by anyone. The staff at this hotel is exceptionally honest and should be commended.

We had a room on the Club Level, The people in the room next to us snuck in a large dog. We called the front desk at 6:30 pm when the dog started barking. They came up and didn't hear a dog so they did nothing. We contacted the front desk 3 more times before 10 pm and finally they assured us the group would be moved. They never did move and the dog barked off and on all night. This was not my expectation for a Sheraton.

As a frequent visitor to the Riverside hotel, I have always been treated with top shelf professionalism and care! As a result, I have taken advantage of every amenity offered and made the Sheraton my home away from home. Mike, Patrick, Frank, Gina, Courtney and all the rest of the employees are the best! At their urging, I brought my family along last weekend to enjoy Thunder Over Louisville. My wife, son (12) and daughter (11) had the time of their life while at the hotel. We even had VIP viewing for the fireworks! My kids think I have some major connections to be treated this way and I tell them "it's always this way"! Thank you Sheraton Louisville for always taking care of a well traveled businessman. I will be back soon and my kids are already planning our summer visit...this time with friends!!

My girls had a great time staying here. The hotel isn't much to look at on the inside but it is very well kept and modern inside. Our room was very nice and the pool was great. I loved that the hot tub was right next to the pool so i could watch my daughters swim while i relaxed.
