Rated 4 out of 5 Great service, but facility needs work
Your staff was AMAZING !!! They were accomodating and friendly and made us feel welcomed!
The pool needs to be updated as does the restaurants. Other than that, great experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lukeaustinkim Do not take a room by the elevator
Overall the hotel is fine, Standard Sheraton. I got in at 12:30am from a long day of travel and I had to be up at 6:30am to get my day started. I was given room that was next to or what felt like was attached to the elevator electronics room. Needless to say everytime the elevator was used the room was loud and would vibrate. I got 3 hours of sleep at best. Never again.

Everyone is so great when I visit this hotel. The rooms are perfect and Gina at the lounge is extremely accommodating. She has menus for virtually every restaurant in town and gives great tips on how to get around. The shuttle drivers also are the very best. I could go on and on about the staff and hotel but don't have the time.

We have stayed at the Louisville Sheraton on several occasions. The hotel offers consistently fine accommodations provided by an attentive staff.

I love staying at a Sheraton Hotel, but this time, I was greatly disappointed. The price of this hotel was $300.00 per night! Why? Well, all of the hotels were booked with Future Farmers of America. 54,000 of them. So they jacked up the price, and the kids were everywhere in the hotel, including sitting and talking outside my room. Yes, it was the perfect storm. A hefty price and not a good sleep. I don't believe I will be staying across the river again. I will say that the woman at checkout was very polite and tried her best to make up for a bad stay, short of refunding a portion of the bill.

Rated 3 out of 5 by HPitt Coffee cups?
Totally fine that coffee isn't complimentary in the lobby. But if you aren't going to have coffee cups in room for the instant stuff and you refuse (after multiple requests) to have to-go cups sent up to the room, then let us drink the coffee upstairs....

Rated 1 out of 5 by Scott404 Meeting & sleep rooms were noisy & unacceptable
HVAC system for Jefferson & Lincoln Ballrooms was LOUD and disrupted our meeting. Resolution was to not run AC, heat or ventilate the room for 3 days. Our meeting attendees in sleeping rooms near the elevators heard the elevator motors running all night long. While staff, food and beverage service were GREAT, it didn't offset the other major problems at this hotel. I conduct 30 meetings per year and we will not be returning to this INDIANA hotel the next time we're in Louisville, Kentucky.
