I have said it before, not a vacation destination, but if you're in the Louisville area for business, this is more than an adequate location. I am sure I'll be back.

THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL! Richard in the bar on the second level is welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. He exceeded our expectations of service and our experience with his service would make us come back to your hotel.
We also had a great experience with the staff early in the morning as we got our coffee before we departed the hotel at 6am.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice size and clean. Beds were full-size. The facility had an exercise facility, indoor pool, and hot tub. The pool was small and slightly on the cool side, but adequate. The hot tub was fair. The location is within walking distance to a few restaurants and just over the bridge from downtown Louisville. It is within a short driving distance to many of the downtown Louisville attractions, however the closest bridge is closed due to construction. The 65 bridge is open and close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Sheraton.

Room was nice, beds were comfortable. Thought the Concierge level was sub-par, there was no coffee on 2 of the 3 mornings we were there. I think the hotel is in the middle of renovations but the carpet in the hall on the 10th floor was terrible.

On arrival at the Louisville Sheraton, I noticed that the bedside clock was not displaying the time because it was unplugged. I had to move the bedside table and the mattress to reach the outlet to plug in the clock. After repeated attempts to set the clock and alarm, I finally gave up and called the front desk for instructions. Even with instructions, the clock could not be set; the desk had to send up a replacement which was delivered promptly. I suggest updating the clocks to something that is, minimally, more user-friendly, and encourage consideration of something that is i-phone/i-pod compatible. Restaurants around the hotel are excellent; however, construction around the hotel area made travel inconvenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The quality of the service was incredible. The entire staff from the shuttle drivers to the front desk and concierge level attendant were all on top of their game.
I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my colleagues. I look forward to returning
