Sheraton macao is very nice place.
I fully enjoyed comfortable trip thanks to the friendly staff.
Also I was satisfied with bedding and breakfast.
If I visit Macao will I stay at Sheraton.

This is the best Sheraton I have stayed so far. The club lounge director was very responsive to the needs of me and that of my family. He ensured my experience was way beyond my expectations.

A quiet and comfortable stay. Met with passionate and friendly greetings. Whenever there is a need, help is near by. But it will be better to have more information on recreations and dining.

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff is wonderful. Ms. Nguyen in the SPG area was superb and a wonderful asset to the hotel....as were all staff members. HOWEVER, Sheraton corporate must evaluate their reservations policy. I attempted to use their website to reserve two rooms at a 'special rate' but was dropped by their system once and had to start the entire process from the beginning. The second attempt was extremely slow...and yes, it was their online system and not mine. At this point I called the toll-free Sheraton reservations number and was told they could not offer the same price that was offered online at their corporate website. I'm sorry, but using the corporate website and the corporate telephone reservation system...SHOULD BE in total harmony with each other and the prices should be the same. For this reason alone, the Sheraton properties would not be my first choice of lodging. I have never encountered this logic of two different pricing schemes from the same corporate entity. I have stayed at competitor's properties for 30 years and have never experienced this type of treatment.

Rooms are still new and provides a lot of space, however the executive lounge was a disappointment. Too many people, in fact there is a long queue at both breakfast and cocktail hours.

Need quite a bit improvement of the hotel facilities!!
1. Charge room wifi?!? unacceptable in such as big hotel
2. Other location of wifi I meant within the hotel are extremely weak.

Staff at check in and check out are helpful.
Room service is fast and efficient.
Food in Feast should need great improvement, especially the buffet lunch, limited choice and refill.

The photo cam next to the reception is a surprise, the balloon man for the kids, the cafe shop tea-set is good... but the pork chop sandwich quality really made me very upset.

excellent service, good breakfast and happy hour. After lunch tea treat is unique and enjoyable. Spa and fitness center can be no where better. I will return for sure.
