This hotel is amazing!
Definitely a 5 star luxury hotel!
Lady at Front desk at check in was very kind and professional, SPG recognition great, got a nice and clean room in Sky Tower with wifi and a wonderful view! Plus a hand written welcome message with cookies.
Facilities such as sauna, spa, gym and pools are great, offer and ensure a good relaxation.
Breakfast at Feast was a good choice, plenty of food you can choose, taste is great!
Location could not be better! Free shuttle buses running every 15 minutes.
Had a great stay!

This hotel have met our expectation. My girlfriend and I had a great time staying at this Hotel, it does deserve to be a 5 star hotel!

Foreign staffs are great but local staffs need to be re-trained for the atitude and the fundamental rules of hospitality.

The Staff and especially the emergency medical staff are really very helpful!!! I hav a small accidental hurt inside the room...they were coming very fast and gave me the effective treatment...when i checked out, even the receiption person was also aware of my injury and was concerned on me....felt very warm and will do stay here next time

这次是选择莲花口岸(横琴)过关,直接有接驳到金沙城中心,感觉相当方便。
喜达屋的品牌服务相当到位。

It was one of the best hardware, but one of the worst software hotel I have ever stayed.
First, I have found a welcome message card with strangers' name on the table of the room.(I thought I was assigned to wrong room)
Second, the room I have requested was twin bedroom (2 beds) + 1 extra bed, and I actually confirmed the request previously by e-mail. However, the room actually assigned was 1 King bed + 1 extra bed room.
The room has been changed immediately after claim, but all the equipment was 2 set each in new room. (Additional set was prepared later on after my another claim.)
You are responsible for the request you have confirmed by e-mail, also 3rd person set because I am charged 3rd person fee already.
It is regretful but I cannot help telling you about the information gap of each staff, such as reservation personnel, reception personnel, or house keeping personnel.
I think the hotel is still new, and I know the staff is still not familiar, so I hope you have learn about the case by case and have better service in the near future. The room itself was satisfactory.
