Rated 4 out of 5 by Pleasantly Surprised I didn't expect much for this stay. But i was pleasantly surprised when they said my room was ready when i check in at 11am. As i was travelling with young children and seniors, being able to check in earlier for them to rest after the flight is a bonus. The room was spacious and clean. Service was good too. As my flight back is at 5.50pm (noting that the check out time is 11am) i requested for late check out for one of the room (i booked two rooms) and they have offered me late check out at 3pm! It meant a lot to me and I sincerely appreciate the extra mile extended to me. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. September 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by My family liked the hotel. 7 of my family stayed the hotel for 2 night. We liked our rooms were close to each other at same floor. We asked baby clip. They prepared the baby clip, and baby gown, baby bath tubem etc. Staff at concierge was so kind and they really tried help my need. The paper of famous location of Macau written chinese and english to give taxi driver was greate idea and helpful. The staff at swimmingpool were also very kind and willing to help with air tube. Rated 1 out of 5 by Customer Service levels are terrible despite being told that there would be no charges for the room, after this was then confirmed with the organiser of the event and reconfirmed with the lady at the express check out desk, I find I have been charged with 4500 MOP that I didn't authorise. I have asked AMEX to stop the payment and then you try find where you can talk to someone about this, not a chance, had to resort to Facebook to get access to the faceless Sheraton March 17, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by A Real Gem I so enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Macao Cotai Central. The room was super comfortable . There was so much to do, so many stores and restaurants in the complex from which to choose. The hotel's most memorable quality is its friendly staff. They go the extra mile to make sure you stay exceeds beyond your expectations. October 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Stay with Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central Again x2 Nice stay with Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central Again this time, this is my 6th or 7th time to stay with Sheraton Macao. 1. One surprise came up when I back to my room after one day local tour in Macau, there are five fresh fruits on a plate and waiting for me. I have to say this is not so usually happen with me before when I stay in Sheraton Macao. Last time I got Macaron, but I have to admit that I like fresh fruits more than Macaron, they are so sweet to me! 2. SPG Recognition just average because i made a late checkout requested at 3:00 PM but the staff in SPG counter told me it's peak season (which I thought there are always peak season in Sheraton Macao) so she can only made it at 2:00 PM. There are only two SPG hotels in Macau, and I drive sometimes so I just compare with the rate between two hotels to decide which one I wanna stay. Looking forward to next stay wish Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central soon! March 31, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has great staffs and gret location. My family and I stayed at this property for two nights. We loved the free shuttle services from the pier to the hotel and to the local area. There are always lots of staffs at the lobby and reception area to assist us. They all are very friendly. If we visit Macau again, will stay here again. January 22, 2013

Obviously this time, the speed of checkin get faster and Sheraton get a Starwood Preferred Guest® member’s reception now, it's more convenient for me because last time, I spent around 20 more mins in chekin! Rated 5 out of 5 by Great room and lounge I had 4 rooms for a 5 night stay. The best Sheraton hotel I have ever stayed in. The club facility on the 4th Floor is great. Location is great. New bridge to walk over to the Venetian is nice. Everything was great. The staff were excellent. Nothing but perfect. May 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 The "Shine Spa" is so good! They give the 10%-15% off for the SPG guest ! I got the "Metal- 24K Gold Massage" and it is very good....u will have your own shower and restroom inside the treatment room. The place is quiet but without the outside view. please try..... if u are there ^0^/ August 8, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by PALMS - Food was fine; need improvement on services WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN THIS SITUATION On Jun 12, 2014 13.30 Walked in to Palms for lunch, seat arrangement was completed in a minute together with menu (opposite to the computer area) Everything was fine EXCEPT: 1.Outlet - Upon checking the bill, a male staff returned my credit card and discount card with TWO fingers (index and middle) pointing me. Then asked me to sign the bill and returned the customer slip with same gesture AGAIN. 2. Public Area - While checking the menu, i saw there was a female holding a kid who peed towards the "garden" which was very close to lobby area. But no staff saw it. Perhaps your staff should be more attentive. June 13, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by A Sheraton achievement A great milestone for SPG as the world's largest Sheraton and the biggest hotel in Macau. Everything is grand here, and the connectivity to ferries, shopping, other hotels, etc. is very impressive. Convenience is key, and the hotel offers very good service in this aspect. Check in and check out services are also impressive and efficient. I can't for the Earth tower to open. The rooms are nice and clean, although the particular room I had this stay had an unpleasant view. I also usually like to have the club lounge on the top floor, or at least on a higher floor. This property has the lounge on the 4th floor next to the many meeting rooms. This takes away from the exclusivity. The service and staff are well trained, but it would be a good idea if they had their spoken language on the name tag. Being multilingual myself, it was not much of an issue, but I found myself needing to switch languages often when speaking with the staff. I can see this as a problem for guests who are not multi lingual. All in all a great experience. I hope to return and stay at the Earth tower soon. January 18, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Service Issues I am a Platinum SPG member and expected far better service than received. There are two very glaring issues with the staff. 1. Their English is incomprehensible and 2. They are unresponsive to the guest. I'm here with a convention and asked that my SPG number be added to my account so I could be count this stay toward my 2014 nights. The response was, sorry you are booked at a group rate. Now while that is true I do not understand why you would not allow one of your better customers to count these nights toward my 2014 qualification. Makes no sense and makes me want to move my loyalty to another hotel chain. The worst event so far is I was not allowed to order room service breakfast from the menu (which I had to ask to be sent up to my room and arrived 30 minute later) because, "the hotel is understaffed and the chef is too busy to cook a room service breakfast"!!!! How long does it take to cook a couple of eggs? Instead I was offered a double cheese burger from a special room service menu for this convention. Now I ask you, really, double cheese burger for breakfast????!!! I was transferred to a "manager" who affirmed what I had been told. He offered to have the manager call me but I was so angry I told him not to bother. In the unlikely event that he could have had the kitchen cook a breakfast for me I would not have eaten it anyway for fear that the staff would have spit in the eggs or worse. This may be the largest Sheraton in the world but it is also the worst I have had the displeasure of staying. On another note the signage in the hotel is confusing or nonexistent. I will not return to Macau and for certain if I do have to, I would never stay at this property. I would also never recommend this hotel to anyone. July 11, 2014

I have stayed in a lot of SPG hotels in various countries and other hotels in macau, and i can say with passion that Sheraton macau is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed. The staffs were unprofessional, and i was not greeted by welcome. The whole check in process was a nightmare. I dont know if it is because there are too many new hotels in macau thats why the staffs are generally unprofessional and unfriendly. My requests weren't properly handled. There were garbages on the hallway. There was no hair dryer in the room and no razor in the room. I recommend to avoid this hotel at all cost. October 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gigantic Hotel with Peace & Confort I shall put it a hospitable hotelier in referring to Sheraton Macao in Cotai Central. My first stay in one of the trio Hotels of Cotai Central, Macao. Apart from some shortage of Room-amenities of personal needs, such as "hair-comb, shaving-kit & hair-dryer ", the overall facilities in place are well above the 21st Century Hotelier standard. Hotel staffs would voluntarily respond in Putonghua in stead of english in the first instance or, preferably in Cantonese as far as my personal view was concerned, and did not carry any discrimination. An excellent hotel in the Enclave of Macau to stay whether on pleasure or business. August 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent service from the management and staff of the Sheraton Club We have just come back from a two-day stay at the Sheraton Macao Hotel. We were very impressed with the management and staff of the Sheraton Club. The hotel was fully book and crowded with the Chinese New Year. Even with this influx of guests, the hotel provides prompt and attentive service to us right from our time of checking in to the time of checking out and getting our luggage. A special thanks to the Front Office Manager - Club. He gives us very attentive service and I saw him everything during the day: breakfast at Club, check in counter and then even cocktails again at the Club. The service makes our family holiday a very enjoyable one. February 14, 2013
