The hotel did met my expectation.I used the Club Sheraton service.And the staff did served with nice attitude.And I attended the Bene and Feast.The Rene was fantastic restaurant with delicious food.And the buffet in Feast did served various food with quality but the time for food would be a bit rush as only two hours allowed.Moreover,the gym facilities was up to standard with aerobic machines and free weights and pully machine. Furthermore,I used the spa service.The spa was comfortable but one thing not good is that no spg rewards could be gained with the spa.

I booked two twin bedroom for a family trip for my parent and grandparents through travel agent. But I am not sure why your staff telling me the record is double bedroom. One room was available after long checking with 3 different staff, one was only available after my dinner at night.
During my waiting for staff to search for rooms available, my grandparents of over 75 were waiting also, they cannot stand and wait at this age. But they cannot find a seat in your lobby or check-in area. I feel very sad to let my grandparents waiting like that without reasonable assistance from your staff.
Furthermore, my SPG Gold membership seems have no value in your hotel. No internet offered, no bonus starpoint were recorded for my stay.

noise from the construction site waked me up early in the morning. Above all, there are so many club rooms that club lounge is very crowed. It looks like number of club room is excessive. On shuttle bus, interval between buses isn't short. it's better take another hotels' shuttle to get to ferry station.

Overall the Room is very good but some minor issue.The closure for Maintenance of the wellness facilities: the steam+sauna both closed at noon for more than one hour, as it was my single night stay & will check out after that, which means I had no chance to use either of them. A little bit disappointed.

Encountered an arrogant front office check-in staff who insisted i check-in at the normal counters despite informing her i am booked for a executive club room and a SPG Gold member. Waiting and standing in queue when i could have done all the formalities in the comfort of a lounge could have been better.
Staff was informed of the lapse but did not seem apologetic in any may whatsoever.
But overall an excellent hotel to stay in the area, close to casinos and shopping centers.
Nicely decorated rooms and ambience.

What I liked: the bathroom, spacious. What I disliked: the leftover (cotton buds) not entirely disposed of.
By the way, the furniture appeared to be old-fashioned - solid wooden block, lifeless.
Also, the staff member (a male one at around 6pm 25 Dec in the FEAST) should have replied in a better manner.

Sheraton Macao Hotel has great and well kept facilities. What makes it special is the engagement of its front line staff, both front office and concierge. A special shout out for the Chef Concierge - Mr A.Aris, who never fails to provide astounding customer service throughout my whole stay. His team of concierge are equally proficient in handling customers inquiries. Great job, and keep it up! A beautiful hotel is nothing without great quality customer service.

Stayed at the Sheraton Macao for one night. Hotel is new so everything was great condiiton and clean. Disappointingly, we wasted a significant amount of time due to slow service (check in at the SPG members desk took 1.5 hours and then changing rooms a further 45 mins. (after the party was separated into different areas of the builiding which meant having to go from the 33 floor back to the flour floor before going to 25 floor.
Service was always friendly but needs improving - time was in Macau was limited so the long check in time didn't help

Overall is very good, i.e. polite staff, clean and new room, efficient check-in and check-out service.
Only one thing is required to improve. Is... The offiical checkin time is 3pm. Whenmy friends and I checked in at 3:15pm and 4:30pm, the rooms were not available.
I still will recommend my friends to choose this hotel.

Congratulations to this new property. We booked a limousine pick up and have been met by a staff member with all check in formalities done. Excellent upgrade to a very comfortable suite as life time platinum recognition.
The staff is very friendly and helpful but there is a lack in language abilities.
I have to mention both: an excellent all day lounge service and spotless cleaned rooms twice! a day.
Thanks for this experience.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Bali and didn't think hospitality could get better than that until my experience at Sheraton Macao. From the moment I checked in, the staff, facility, and service were perfect! Ana is the warmest, and most helpful person. Her attitude was the icing on the cake. As a result of this experience, I will become an SPG member and stay with your hotel whenever possible. I'm sold!

After check in at SPG counter 8pm. , staff say they will send my luggage to room now.
After several hour frighting in casino, suddenly my stomachache, i have take some medicine.so back to my room at mid night 12.30. Oh my god, i con't found any of my luggagel in my room. How come they forgot to send it. my stomach-ache was quite painful at that moment. but still lucky , 15min late they ruturn the luggage to me after notice them..

It is my third time for staying in this hotel. Honestly, my family and i enjoy the innovation program for every visiting in this hotel from time to time.
This time, we (my kids and i) celebrate the special moment with my wife. We enjoy the arrangements from hotel. Their efforts do let us have a relaxing weekend.
In addition, the kids do enjoy the ShrekFast time with the characters from DreamWorks. It's great!
Keep it up! Surely, we will visit again in the future to meet those kindly and smiley faces. :)

Though it's the largest Sheraton Hotel in the world, there is a lot room for improvement, including the check-in service, the arrangements for breakfast buffet. Many people had to queue up outside The Feast!

First time staying in the Cotai Strip area of Macau.
The resort provides a somehow good transportation to most area of Macau.
It feels safe for when you get back late to the room.
Staffs are nice and helpful.
One down side was breakfast: it was served in a functional room (which seems temporary) instead of a proper restaurant (Feast); of which I was not aware before I get to the breakfast place. I believe this is because the hotel is running a summer campaign at Feast - but it would be nice if we were told before hand.

This hotel is amazing!
Definitely a 5 star luxury hotel!
Lady at Front desk at check in was very kind and professional, SPG recognition great, got a nice and clean room in Sky Tower with wifi and a wonderful view! Plus a hand written welcome message with cookies.
Facilities such as sauna, spa, gym and pools are great, offer and ensure a good relaxation.
Breakfast at Feast was a good choice, plenty of food you can choose, taste is great!
Location could not be better! Free shuttle buses running every 15 minutes.
Had a great stay!

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean however I was very disappointed to be given a room with 2 double beds instead of the king I had booked. The staff did give us free wifi access to compensate but it was still very inconvenient.
On the second morning I called for room service but I was told the person I needed to speak to was unavailable and they would call me back. He never called back.
The coffee creamer was not replenished so in the morning when we wanted coffee we had to call someone. Housekeeping did not clean the coffee cafetierre out so we had to do this ourselves.
The bar fridge was lacking as there was no wine or spirits and nothing to eat besides one chocolate bar and some nuts.
All in all - an average stay. What a pity as it could have been so much nicer.

Stayed at this hotel last Sunday for our honeymoon. They able to get up an early check-in and even we get a free room upgrade, chocolate and wine from them. It was truly services from the heart. The WiFi inside the room is quite fast that we even able to make an internet call without any lag. They show us the family suite, as requested by us since we've planning to bring our daughter on next visit. The room was great, I'm sure we will come back for it. The most unsatisfied things is that most of the staffs we meet has very poor English, they tried their best but hard to get what they are saying about, seems most of them only good at mandarin as i think their main customer target is the mainland china visitors, this is not meet Sheraton standards and reputation.

Excellent family room. The facilities for the children room was fabulous. Bunk beds with the character wall poster which my kids enjoyed and they do not even want to leave. I strongly recommend this type of room for those with children. We wish we had stayed more than one night, but we have to fly back to Australia the next day.
A huge thanks to Mayden for her very nice hospitality and lovely surprise.

1. Room Bed is really comfortable, so I called the room service to tell that i want to buy the pillow, the staff told me to buy the pillow on the hotel website. When I back home, i cannot find any information of the pillow on the website.
2. Check in / out was a terrible waiting time, it spent 30 mins. at least. Although the staff is very nice, but it was wasting time when you were out for travel.
3. Breakfast is not good, even the Cereal, bread, sausage...etc. are all bad to eat. The waitress was unfriendly when I asked for the napkin, there was no chief to cook the rice noodle soup, even we asked the waiter to help, and still no reply.
I do not understand this Sheraton hotel Macao service and breakfast is not good as others, and not like the 5 stars hotel.

Way too many people hanging around in the lobby, confused of directions, maybe the layout was wrong? Staff were ok, but not as well trained or friendly as the other Macau hotels, maybe frustrated of the continuous crowd? Room condition is better than expected, very clean and comfortable, sound proof not very good tho, i can hear anyone walking pass my front door. Bathroom is spotless, 5 star hotel condition. The transportation outside is very disappointing, not many people there to direct or keep the queue in order.

I wrote to complain about the check-out time for my early July trip. Some sound heard when I initial the email. Promise to meet me on the next visit, but failed. Left message in hotel for her feedback but didn't. Offered me free upgrade but treat me like rubbish. Staffs in the SPG counter not friendly as before. Even the check-in lady shows very impatient, unprofessional. I asked her are you having a busy day and she returned to me that “because I am asking too many questions". She didn't realised that it should be her job to tell, there's no need for people to ask. Cleaner do their work very rough, dirty cups are still in the room, Many basic necessity like conditioner are not provided, even toilet roll only provide less than half roll, you had to call, call, call.

Sheraton is definitely my favorite hotel in Macau. I have stayed here several times since its opening one year ago. It is a great place to get away for the weekend for relaxation. Although there are several hotels in the vicinity, I still prefer Sheraton for the environment, the facilities, the variety of food and the service. I will be staying at Sheraton again for the coming Christmas.
