I have stayed at five hotels in the same location within the past year and the Sheraton was clearly the best. The hotel decor is very attractive and the staff were all smiling and helpful, and all spoke very good English. This was also the best value-for-money hotel we have stayed in at the same location. Small comments for improvement would be to provide a spinner in the pool changing room. Also make available at additional cost a super class ferry ticket on the FOC trip back to HK. Going from a suite at the hotel to cattle class on the ferry seemed a rather odd way of seeing guests off. Another suggestion would be to require guests to remove their hats while eating in the Club Lounge. This is the height of bad manners and poor etiquette.

This hotel is magnificent. Outstanding service. Received a phone call immediately after checking in to ensure I was satisfied with the room. Everything about this hotel is great. The lounge breakfast was superb and the hotel staff very friendly.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: My overwhelming impression throughout my entire stay was that this simply could not be a Sheraton! While meant to be the mid-range option in the new Cotai Strip development, this brand new, luxury property strikes well above the usual Sheraton brand standards and compares very favorably against the top-range offering in the same development and nearby. Despite its enormous size, it also runs extremely smoothly.
SPG RECOGNITION: One of the most beautiful suites I have ever had anywhere. In-room amenity. Access to the enormous - and completely over-the-top - Sheraton Club.
THE ROOM: After a month of Asia’s best Starwood properties, this Suite still stands out as a highlight...maybe it was the media room or the bodyguard’s room? Or the bath out of a movie.
LOCATION: Right on the Cotai strip and connected via walkways with all the casinos and shopping malls. Seconds from the airport. This is where you want to be in Macau.
EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS: Despite the presence of a casino on the ground floor, there is still a calm and an elegance about this place that really make it stand out.
ONE THING TO KNOW: The gorgeously landscaped pool area also makes this property a great option for a resort holiday.

I got an upgrade during my transit day from HK to Seoul and decided to stay at the Sheraton Macau and I was being the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a suite. The suite was amazing, the staff was obliging and check in/out was a breeze. Great job guys!

Rated 5 out of 5 by AJB21 All good. Casino Hotel so know what to expect
I stayed in this hotel for one night, on a quick visit to Macau. Overall we had a great experience. This is (as all other hotels in the area) a Casino hotel thus, expect a strong smell of cigarette through out the hotel and even in the room hallways.
I was very pleasantly surprise though, when we enter our room as it was fresh with no trace of cigarette smoke smell.
Breakfast was fine and plentiful with a large variety of choices. Buffet menu and variety is definitely designed to drive volume.
I would stay again here.

We had just 2 nights there & wish we had planned to stay longer as we loved every minute of our stay. Everyone looked after us so well as my partner is disabled & cannot walk too far. We had a terrific room overlooking the Cotai strip & the best buffet breakfast we've ever had where the staff helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely return to The Sheraton as soon as we can.
