The friendliness and customer service of the staff was among the best I have ever had. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the furniture design was very good.
The green chili stew was superb but the Gruet split was exceeding overpriced.

Found the room much more noisy (elevator equipment) than 1506, where we stayed on 10/3/12. The bedding was overkill with a top cover, a duvet & a sheet. Otherwise the hotel and Club room were very good. The waitress in the club room was superb. I would like to see more choice and lighter fare on the restaurant menu.

Not sure why we were assigned a handicapped friendly room but it was ok except for the low bathroom mirror, low closet and adjoining room access with noise through that door. We also expected a single king bed. This was our second stay in this hotel and thought we knew what to expect. Booked three weeks in advance.

Great location right next door to airport. Very friendly staff. Room was very nice, newly remolded, clean. Views from club level were great! But Nina who waited on us in the club lounge was the best! Treated us like we own the place. Make sure if you stay, you get a club level room and enjoy Nina's hospitality.

All of the staff that we dealt with were superior in their niceness and willingness to accommodate our needs and answer our questions. Staff that are not normally meeting incoming guests but are part of the business organization were also very nice, friendly and willing to talk with us about the hotel and area.

Although not alot of time was spent at the Hotel itself, the time spent was pleasant. Staff was pleasant and always said good morning or hello. The only problem I had was that Housekeeping never left enough sugar and creamer, so I had to ask every evening for extra. Sad part is, I lost my camera my last day.

Stayed on the club level floor. The view is excellent and very enjoyable. Food is average but staff in the evening was great! The only complaint I have is very minor. Housekeeping didn't leave shampoo or conditioner so I had to ask for it. This is my third time to stay at this hotel and I will stay again.

One of the best things about the hotel is that they offer an innovative "green choice." If you choose not to have linens and towels washed daily, you get a $5.00 coupon each day you choose to do so to spend on meals, at gift shop, etc. I thought this a creative incentive to help save the planet. I live in Santa Fe and overnight it in Albququerque frequently. I have stayed here dozens of time and without fail the service is super friendly and they accommodate practically every request. The bar is great and so is the restaurant. If you have to stay near the ariport, this is the place to be!

We were placed in a section of the hotel with a dive team that was occupying many if the rooms and was very noisy late into the night. It seems this was a foreseeable problem and this group could have been put all together?
Perhaps a different situation and I would have enjoyed this hotel more.

This is a very nice, up-to-date hotel. I stayed on the Club level and the hospitality staff there was polite and helpful. I was able to print my boarding pass while I enjoyed breakfast on the 15th floor. The evening Hors D' Oeuvres were really good too! Thank you Sheraton, I enjoyed my stay.

I felt like a queen in the beautiful room overlooking the mountains. I asked for a room not too far from the elevator and that was done for me. The front desk called after I had arrived and asked how everything was. Room service was excellent. The bed was comfy and the room was exceptional!

I love the new healthy menu at SPG. Would love, also, to see the caloric/carbs listed on the menu. Great service in the restaurant. For the rooms, I was not left any washclothes for my second day and the teas were not replenished in the room, but overall a great stay and I shall return.

Water pressure in shower was dismal. Barely came out of shower head at times, which led to having to take an extra long shower as waited for water pressure to pick up. Cannot have that as a business traveler. Have not experienced this at many other Sheratons that I haves stayed at.

I have just retired and my motel stay will be mounting. This was my first time at the ABQ Sheraton and It was an Excellent stay. Close to the airport and close to downtown eating and the staff were Great!!! I sure plan on staying here the next time i am thru ABQ.

On a weekend excursion with my sons, we found great comfort, impressive accommodations, generous and friendly staff, and an overall exceedingly relaxing respite at the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel. I know we'll return when next we visit Albuquerque, undoubtedly this summer.

I have stayed at this Sheraton before the reno and now after. It is beautiful in the lobby, the rooms are very comfortable and the beds are excellent - most important. Everything feels clean and ready for me.
Breakfast was very good also. Dinner in the dining room was delicious.

When we booked the rooms we asked for adjoining rooms which we were told would not be a problem. The rooms were not adjoining, and it seems to me like the use of SPG points to book a room is not valued. Our original rooms were on the 4th floor immediately next to the elevators, and there was a horrible stench that required us to request to be relocated. We were subsequently relocated to the 14th floor and when the bellman arrived he arrived without a cart to help us move our luggage, which we were told would be done. We moved our own bags. We were moved to the 14th floor and again immdeiately next to the elevators. The rooms that we were in were noisy due to the elevator and due to a compressor or water heater that was extremely loud. Do not feel like we received the value for our points that we were entitled to, especially since we booked two rooms. On top of all of that, we lost a sweater in the process of moving rooms that the hotel said was not found. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with our stay.

we have stayed here 3 times in the past few years. The recent remodel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. They missed leaving a robe for me this last time, and the bed skirt was pretty messed up and slightly torn on the bed. But otherwise, I will stay her again.

Booked a club room but disappointed that you had to pay for wine or beer.
Could not regulate temperature -- room was cold and thermostat could not be set above 71 degrees.
no instructions in room for wifi.
no luggage rack in room.
check in desk staff was inexperienced.

The mumbling amongst the front desk staff when I checked in was the first indicator. Area near front door is cramped; Any interaction was like a retail store. Vending machines on two floors had water, but nothing else. Refrigerator and microwave are essentials for me.

I have stayed several times at this hotel. Every time, I was welcomed back as a gold SPG-member, and every time the staff was great, the rooms (Club-floor) were great and the whole stay was perfect!. I can recommend this hotel to anybody planning to stay in the area.

The Sheraton by the airport is a beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, super cozy bed, and the most friendly staff I experienced during my stay in NM. The airport shuttle is very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here while you are in Albuquerque!

We were pleased with the comfort of the room and bed. The shower and tub did not appear to be clean. There was black mildew on the tub and a ring around the tub. The tub did not drain properly so you had water standing in the tub while taking a shower.

Hotel is in a good and quiet location.
Only concern I had was the fact that I was expecting a better equipped room with a refridgerator and a Microwave, but this only came on request by me,and I had to explain why I did not have to pay an extra amount.

Our room was spotless and recently updated. Very attractive and functional. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great -- chatty and helpful. Super close to the airport -- took about 3 minutes in the shuttle to get there. Couldn't ask for more.

We could not get the room cool enough. Set the thermostat to 68 and it still would not cool down. The TV kept losing signal and breaking up. We only had one night planned so I didn't call to report it. If I had to stay longer, I would have called.

This hotel is highly recommended for proximity to the airport and you cannot even hear the planes which is a plus. Unfortunately, our first night, the airconditioning is not working and had to wait for a staff to come and change the fuse. It is also strange to be in a room of a well known hotel chain without fridge. We inquired about this from the front desk who immediately told us that there is a $15 charge per night for a fridge (which is a basic amenity in most hotels). It is ridiculous that a large hotel chain would nickel and dime the guests for such basic amenity. To get shuttle service to a conference site (univ of new mexico), guests have to seek prior approval from the bell captain. I just thought it is so ridiculous to have this rule as we can see clearly the other hotels around have their shuttles available easily. Even if UNM has specified that Sheraton should not provide shuttle, what happens to great customer service? Lastly, asking the front desk staff what to do around Albuquerque, they do not know how to answer that question.
