Rated 2 out of 5 by Housekeeping issues I checked in for a 13 night stay last Wednesday. House keeping is very poor. I've had to go to the front desk for toiletry items (such as shampoo etc). The shampoo etc has not been replenished for 6 days. Washcloths did not get replaced for 3 days at first. I was eating popcorn and purposely left a couple kernels that fell on the floor and they have not been swept up in 2 days. I also rented a refrigerator for 20 dollars a day, it works fine but looks like it went thru world war two. July 20, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Extremely luxurius facility, at reasonable prices! I wish I knew of this property before; I have stayed in suburbs many times, weeks at a time and can say that I have tried almost all SPG hotels in the area, including the other Sheratons, but this is definitely the hotel I will be going back to on after! Extremely nice front desk management, especially the short haired lady in the morning hours that I do not recall the name! Hotel is located in a business "district", but plenty of shopping malls and restaurant close by to make it ideal for a vacation spot as well! May 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice hotel in the suburbs, but still close to ORD I am a frequent business traveler; recently stayed a night at this location and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, as well as friendliness and responsiveness of the staff! Major outdoor shopping center / mall within a block that gives you plenty of options for food and shopping! Highly recommended! May 9, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by staff in need of retraining Checked in and front desk agent seemed like i was bothering him. Ive recieved warmer welcomes at my IRS audit. Asked if he had a room on 5th floor and was told "i dont know, your room was pre selected for you". Never offered or looked for an upgrade until i asked again. As a platinum member, i at least expect you to look, at a minimum. Only other staff member i came in contact with was in Sheraton club and I said good morning. No response. Asked if I was a little early. No response. Said have a great day. Swear to you, no response. Not going to be a return guest. Ever. May 8, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Customer Service Our stay was very disappointing. We there for a funeral (my husband, myself and our two young kids). We were first greeted at the lobby desk by a very unpleasant female employee. Couldn't even crack a smile. We barely slept that night--- there was a loud party taking place on our floor during the late night / early morning hours. Plus, the beds were very uncomfortable. The next morning our keys stopped working, so we could not access the fitness room or our hotel room. We also did not have any hot water. So after calling the front desk, they said they would send someone to look at it. So we went down for breakfast while they checked things out. After placing our breakfast order, 10 minutes later we overheard the manager telling a table next to us that the kitchen had to close b/c the entire hotel was without hot water. They never even came over to our table! So no hot water and no breakfast... on our way to a funeral. I approached the front desk and the manager was the least bit interested in making things right. She only offered us a shuttle to another restaurant for breakfast (we had our car). I then said that was unacceptable, and asked for a free night to make up for the experience. They best she could offer me was a free night at their hotel. I am never going back to that city, so again, not helpful. After grabbing our items to check out, they offered another guest starwood points to make up for it. So I asked if they could provide me the same. So I quickly signed up and they said they would put 1,000 points (which I guess is not much) on my account. So, a week has gone by and they haven't put any points on my account. They only help I received was by calling Starwood hotels directly. Honestly, I do not care about them "making things up to me". I just want them to seem like they care and show it. They were so rude. If I were Starwood, I'd be very disappointed in the manager at this hotel. She was the least bit helpful. May 6, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by anniversary My husband and I was there for 3 nights for our anniversay the staff was wonderful the rooms were very nice we ate at the restaurant our hostess/ waiter was absolutely wonderful. food delicious ,we will definitely return as soon as we can. December 19, 2015
