Everyone was helpful especially concierge! I love the outdoor fire pits. It would be nice if they have free Internet access at least for Starwood guests and a room with better view if u r Starwood guest.

Overall the hotel is very good. Some problems do exist. Bathroom shelf space is very limited. An easy chair would be desireable. Tv programming would be improved by adding MSNBC and the comedy channel.

This hotel was great in terms of convenience to attractions, restaurants,shopping, loved the spg recognition and the upgrade. Would definitely stay here again

Very comfortable and relaxed at this hotel. We have stayed here many times and its our favorite location for the price. The outdoor fire pits are wonderful for anytime gathering and social meetings.

Has a great location to wharf and Marina. Only problem is parking. It is expensive and away from the hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable...but the bathroom and sink area are very small.

Good location. Full beds need upgrading to queen as they are small and uncomfortable. Very noisy at night. But for the cost and central location to wharf okay place to stay when gone all day.

Hotel is in major need of renovation, updating. Hallways are old and worn. Rooms are dated.
The location is great, for tourists, but I'd most likely stay at a different SPG hotel next time.

The best thing about our stay was the extremely courteous, helpful and patient staff. I travel frequently, and I cannot remember another trip where the staff were as helpful and courteous.

This hotel is very cozy and so centralized to the Wharf area. It was in walking distance to everything. The room was comfortable for 2 people. Do NOT ask for assistance for transportation.

Rooms are comfortable but beds are small - only 2 doubles for 2 adults/2 kids so a bit cramped. Parking is completely overpriced but you can find good parking near and around for less.

Nice location with short distances walk to shopping and the Wharf.

Hotel was Clean and comfortable.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The location is fantastic, but we felt the hotel points were higher than necessary and parking was VERY overpriced.

Do not accept a room that faces Mason. Rooms on first floor have no privacy and are very noisy. Stay In the main building. Nice fitness center, two cardio machines not working.

Room 2602 is facing the road and it is very nosy (cars travelling sound) even in the middle of the night ! I guess may need more 'sound' insulation to prevent this issue !

The hotel employees were very friendly and definitely made the experience better. However, the continental breakfast was way too expensive per person for mediocre food.

Service is as good as any Starwood, I like the layout of the rooms. Location is touristy, for better or worse. Very disappointed with the Continental Breakfast offered.

Nice staff, renovated room, good location for bike riders, but very expensive on site parking.
No spa, no steam room is a shame, especially after a day long ride.

Rooms are motel-style, yikes. Did this hotel used to be a Motel 6 before? Front desk people are awesome and breakfast is the best thing about this Sheraton.

The air was a problem, the fresh beautiful air was unavailable with windows that didn't open, so it was a stuffy close room. The air on made it too cold.
