Checked in here and being a Gold Starwood client I expected better than what I got. We got placed in a room facing the top of the 2nd floor which means our view was of the roof. Nothing to look at. I wish I could post a picture so you could see how bad it is. The beds are very old as well as the property, so everything squeaks like crazy and you can hear everything that happens above you - EVERYTHING.

Robert and the front desk made this stay perfect. The Hotel has an ideal location, good spg recognition, rooms are spacious and comfortable and views are great. The only issue was the spotty internet speed and poor wifi strength in the room.
What really helped make this stay great was the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by Robert at the front desk. Kudos to Robert.

The hotel has a decent location near the pier, but other than that, it should not be labeled as an SPG property. If you choose to stay here, do not get a room that borders a road as the windows are paper thin. You can't turn on the AC at night to drown out the noise because it is way too loud. We switched to an internal room and even that was loud. The breakfast facility was eh, and there isn't a place to eat lunch or dinner at the hotel. Parking charge was ridiculous at $59 a day, so stick to Uber if you can. The bathrooms are not big enough for a family to use, so plan to get a suite if you have more than yourself in the room. I'm torn because it was decent, but had just higher expectations for a Cat5 hotel. It should be a Cat 2 or 3.

excellent location and facilities.
with spg only received one free drink instead of one for each of us like we have other places, and the one was not very good or big.

Our week started with someone immediately asking if we needed help with our bags. Everyone was very attentive and considerate. The concierge's were exceptional. The location couldn't be better.

The room we had, 1613, was ok. Spoilt by the fact we had a crying homeless outside our room. Breakfast could be a little better, i.e. more choice. After one visit for breakfast we went elsewhere. American coffee the less said the better.

My husband and I frequently travel to SF for business and pleasure, we've stayed at most of the hotels in Fisherman's wharf. This hotel is conveniently located and the staff is amazing. The staff makes this hotel worth coming back to again and again. I would highly recommend.

Sheraton Fishermen's Wharf is my "go to" hotel when I travel to San Francisco. From the courteous staff welcome, attention to my room preferences, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of my room, no matter where it may be, and overall professionalism exhibited here, I no longer "shop" for SPG stays elsewhere. Great access to local public transportation, many restaurant choices just steps away, and instant hotel service just a phone call away, I've lost count of the number of nights I have stayed here and look forward to many more. Congratulations to Mr. Hirsch and his fine staff of hospitality professionals.
