Staff refused business checks after prior approval. Staff subjectively determines when checks will be accepted beyond the general policy. Floor Manager was unable to state Sheraton's Policy and was rude.

THE STAFF IS THE BEST...FROM THE VALET TO HOUSEKEEPING. ALSO, PLEASE GET ROOM SERVICE FOR HOT AND TASTY FOOD. THE FRONT DESK WAS THE MOST HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB.

This is the perfect location for either Ranger or Cowboy game accomodations. The staff is friendly and the hotel well appointed. The breakfast buffet is very nice also.
Have stayed here many times!

I have stayed at this location before with no problems. This time, some jerks decided to go up and down the hall - very late - several times - beating on the wall yelling "wake up" NOT a good trip.

Booked three rooms for a conference. The front desk staff told me I would be called when the rooms were ready, that didn't happen. Then I expected to have all rooms on same floor and they were not.

Remote. Traffic jams are part of the baseball season and the Flags park.
Your food service is way too expensive. Either over priced items in the Market or $38.00 steaks. Nothing in between.

I stayed in room 823 at the Arlington, TX Sheraton and I have to say, that is the best room I've ever stayed in. The cleaneist, roomiest, most enjoyable stay I've had at this Sheraton hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and, with the exception of one stay, have always hade a great experiance with the facilities and the service. On the bad stay SPG made it right.

This is a great location and the rates are very reasonable, but the room that we stayed in had very dirty carpet. It certainly needed cleaning and probably should be replaced. Room 601.

We were put in a Handicap Room which we did not ask for. The accomodations were just fine, except the location of the switches, thermostat etc. Would have been good for the hadicpped.

I stay at the Sheraton at least once a year. I am never disappointed. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff go out of their way to be kind. Super customer service!

Overall very good experience. Internet was a problem during training session and occasionnaly in the room. Everything else was very nice. Staff was excellent.

My son and I stayed to attend a Ranger game and the Reptile Show at the Convention Center. It was the perfect location and very comfortable beds. We loved hanging out by the pool.

This hotel is great as the people are courteous and friendly! Its location is optimal if you are conducting business in Ft. Worth. WiFi access was somewhat problematic for me.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5-6 years when we go down to see the Rangers play. It is a great location for the Rangers as you can walk to the ballpark

This was my 24 stay since April 22nd 2012. I always use the valet to park. Was very disappointed to get in my car two days later to find they had dropped a blanket out of my car(in the rain) and it was wadded up on my floor board all ready starting to smell. Also, ordered room service and after waiting 45 minutes I called back to be told that they forgot to get my name and room number so they did not cook it and the kitchen was now closed. The next morning I called to order coffee and the lady told me what room I was in and my last name and when I asked her how she knew she told me that name and room always show when you call room service and front desk. So, not too sure how the person the night before could claim they couldn't cook our food because they did not know what room or name. The only reason we stay here is because it is very convenient when going to the rangers games.(walking distance) However, the rooms are over priced and so is the food. The hotel is pet friendly which is great, however you can smell urine smells in the hallways and rooms. They need to reserve one area for people with pets. Carpets are also very dirty.

We did not plan to eat at the hotel while in town but we thoroughly enjoyed the brunch buffet and the staff at the dining room was superb!
