Poor food quality and service at hotel restaurant. Overall attitude of staff was lacking, didn't feel welcome.

This is one of THE best Sheraton properties we enjoy staying in. Usually we come in the summer for a week for my son to attend football camp at UTA. And we bring the small family dog. All of us have such a great time here. The staff are fantastic from front desk, housekeeping and club floor staff. The club floor food is fantastic and the pool is nice too. We all slept so comfortably and the location was very convenient for us. I also loved the fact that you don't walk a mile after parking your car. Always seem to have lots of close spaces. We also ate the buffet breakfast everyday at the restaurant downstairs and it was so delish!
We were in a suite which was really nice also. Shower was great and beds were comfy. Large bathrooms and separate vanity area which helped when multiple people needed to get near the sink and get ready.
Located across from Cowboy stadium and walking distance to the ballpark.

The housekeeping was poor: the condition of the beds was unsatisfactory (the duvet cover was dirty with a broken zipper and the beds were sloppily/poorly made; also, when i went to straighten the bed after sleeping in it i found the mattress had no actual mattress cover, just a folded up and poorly placed bed sheet which was sitting atop a stained mattress); there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom so when we went to wash up in a rush we had to stop what we were doing to call the front desk and request some, they did get it to us quickly; the curtain rod was about to pop out of the wall; the bathroom sink had nasty mold growing under the rim; the chairs in the room had dirty stains. Oh and as you walked down the hall to the room, you could smell mold quite definitively.

Carla made our stay extremely enjoyable. She is a ray of sunshine,,,all the hassles from the day disspear with her positive/fun demeanor. She has the gift to connect with people; her kindness, outgoing postive attitiude and contagious smile, and humour coupled with her knowledge of the Dallas area (tips for places to eat, etc..) was top notch. Every Sheraton needs a Carla! She took great care of me and my family over thanksgiving. Thank you Carla, it was a privledge to meet you. You made our stay at the Sheraton Arlingon one of the best stays I've had this year (Note - i've spent 75 nights in SPG hotels this year and Carla stands out well above the rest).

My stay was marked by inconsistencies.
The first room "upgrade" was a small room next to elevator. Noise level did not permit a good night rest. The lounge was closed two of the three days. Although I got a breakfast voucher, the restaurant did not have all menu items and had to wait 45 minutes to get service. Despite being a game day frankly the hotel service and staff's attitude appeared/behaved as if the hotel was going out of business. Staff exhibited some of the same problems noted at the Maria Isabel facility in Mexico City.

I was given a room with rusted stained towels, cracked and falling paint in a height restricted shower, and a stained bathroom floor (I have photos to prove).

My wife and I travelled from Ottawa, Canada to Dallas to see our first ever Cowboys game on Thanksgiving. We had booked a different hotel online, site-unseen, and were fooled upon our arrival to that spot. The initial hotel that we booked was dirty, filthy and run-down. I searched multiple hotels in the area and finally fell upon the Sheraton. William greeted my exhausted wife and myself with open arms and a huge smile. He offered us a room (Thanksgiving week), and stated that he would make our stay worthwhile. He suggested restaurants, provided shopping directions, and we were over-joyed when we woke up on game day to find that the stadium was within walking distance. Thank you William for making our first vist to Dallas a historic one for this lifetime Cowboys fan!!! We will be back next year.

Our stay at this Sheraton was a last minute ideal to get away. We could not have been more pleased with the hotel and our stay. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the amenities are great!. The restaurants, gorgeous pool area, fitness center, and extremely courteous staff made this a great stay. We had a city view room which provided beautiful views of Washington D.C. especially at night. It is also very close to so many attractions and the national mall.
