Rated 5 out of 5 by Staycation w/ 11 Year Old We are locals and stayed at your hotel because my older son was off at summer camp. This left my little guy feeling a little lonely and blue. Your facility and amenities provided the "Wow" factor I was looking to share with my son. We stayed on the 19th floor to enjoy the great view. We swam for hours in the very kid friendly pool and even enjoyed the movie from the pool after dark. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We could not have been happier. Thank you! I was extremely disaasapointed in the lack of cleanliness of the rooms (stained carpet, a shoe print on the ceiling, broken lamp shades, etc). Another guest in our party found a used condom under their bed. Unacceptable. August 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great place to rest I have stayed at the Arlington Sheraton twice a year for business for seven plus years. Staff is always helpful and takes care of any special requests. Rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. I will definitely stay again. August 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Bad Experience We had booked this room to arrive at 3:00 PM so I could finish some work I had to do before going to the Ranger game. When we arrived, there was a long line of people waiting to check in. It took approx 30 min to get to the desk and then they told me at 3:30 that my room was not ready and they would call me! I asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation he gave me a room right away. We went to our room and opened the door only to find other people already in the room. We were both very startled. We had to go back down with our luggage and find the manager who then gave us another room. June 19, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Location, food, bed good but room needs improvement Location for baseball, food, bed good but room needs improvement. Floor looked dirty and chairs had spots on them. I was suppose to have a king bed but was provided 2 double beds. Bathroom was small - door got in the way. August 1, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great if you're going to Six Flags or the Stadiums Great hotel if you're going to Six Flags or the stadiums in Arlington, TX as they are all very close. Not so great if you're in town for business and in need of high-speed broadband access. Wifi signal on the 19th floor was barely useable, plugging in via ethernet provided constant connection, but not fast enough to support web conferencing/video. Bed wasn't as comfortable as the Westin beds and the rooms were dated in decor, but clean. Staff at the front desk and in the club lounge were responsive and helpful. June 29, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel was good and the restaurant was excellent I'd like to thank everyone in the restaurant during the breakfast hours. Dell and the crew were friendly and attentive. Very nice to see. The room 717 was nice. The only suggestion I would have is that the electrical cords from the TV and lamps be more well kept. These cords were all over the place and in plain sight. Rated 2 out of 5 by Airport shuttle is a joke Upon arrival to DFW at 10:30pm was informed by employee that there was no shuttle driver and was basically hung up on Had 8:30 am flight and phones downstairs as there was no info in room to get shuttle schedule and was told it had just left and next one was at 7:30 an hour away. Front desk offered to call cab. Cab to airport had meter turned off and charged $40 for the $30 ride I had to the hotel. When questioned the driver said he had a special arrangement with hotel. Obviously the employees are receiving money for using him I expect better and seriously doubt I would stay here again August 22, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great hotel in a perfect location Loved this hotel. Only qualm I have is that it's probably in need of an update. It was a clean room but the stains on the carpet give the appearance that it's not. But I assume that an update is probably around the corner because it really is a wonderful place to stay. The Sunday breakfast was awesome. I'll definitely return! July 1, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel was amazing Upon arrival we received a call to make sure everything was ok in the room and to see if we needed anything. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We were on the club level and received excellent service. We liked the fact that this was a upscale hotel that allowed us to bring along our pet. It was both pet and kid friendly and in close proximity to shopping and dining. We will always use Sheraton for our home away from home. July 8, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by poor condition and service lacks TLC Overall the hotel is in need of some general upkeep. At my conference this was voiced by several. Front desk staff were helpful, service staff need some training. Toilet was stopped up twice, second time we observed the maint person splashing toilet water on the floor and dripping on the carpet. No effort to clean up. SPG-I did not feel recongnized as a lifetime gold member nor did I receive typical benefits/upgrade, or an appology they were not available. I do believe the person may have been new. He wrote a note to the manager while checking me in and I heard a loud stern "NO". August 18, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Unbelivable for a Sheraton Property This property was in disrepair, the ceiling above the shower was coming down. The chairs in the room were filthy. I have never in my lifetime seen a carpet in a hotel that was so soiled and dirty. The lobby smelled like very strong mildew. As a meeting professional that travels extensively I was pretty stunned that they have the Sheraton name. Won't be staying at this hotel again. July 15, 2014

Service in club room quite nice too - isn't on scale of Asia hotels, but nice and friendly & helpful staff. Definitely would return. December 28, 2011

They do a really good job here, staff is helpful, rooms are comfortable and location is great. This is my third visit to this property, it is a pleasant place to stay. July 19, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good Hotel Bad Internet Speed The hotel is nice and the staff is responsive but the internet speed is terrible and when I say terrible I mean at times dial up speeds. I'm told they know about the problem but it will take months to get it replaced. I had the same experience a couple a months ago so I am going to stay away from this hotel as much as possible until it is fixed. July 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has incredible customer service Upon arriving to checking out, the staff at Sheraton Arlington, which included Sklyer, Elizabeth, Carla, and Mandy went above and beyond making my stay so nice and enjoyable. Right down to running downstairs (I was in the club lounge), to get some peanut butter for my morning bagel. June 11, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not up to snuff Room description stated it was for 5 people, but truly only slept 4. My son had to sleep in a chair for two nights. Hotel staff was not sympathetic and did not fix this problem or seem to care since we had already paid in full. Came back to room after first day and tub was clogged and filthy. Tub was unclogged quickly but not cleaned. Kids swam in pool, however came out with scrapes. Pool is very rough on feet, hands and knees, when kids complain and come out bleeding, you know it's bad. Upon check out, staff did not care how our stay was...did not even ask. Handed them our comment card upon checkout and they took it without a word and without eye contact. Very Poor customer service. Will not be back for sure. May 29, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Ragged Out! This hotel is far below the level it should be. They tried to charge me about $180 night for this rat trap. Carpets, walls, furniture, bedding is dingy and stained. Bathrooms are outdated. Matress was noisy and uncomfortable. 1st room they put me in had leaking toilet and shower. Food on the furniture and bedspread. The rooms smell too. When I insisted on being moved the staff have me attitude and was unfriendly. Oh, and I got to move myself because they never got around to it. 2nd room still smelled, everything stained & A/C was really Loud. I gave up. Got way over charged. Not a good place to stay. Only thing good I can say is that this hotel has a good location. Right next to six flags, hurricane Harbor, etc August 2, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel if going to a Rangers game. Nice hotel, especially if going to a Rangers game. It is within easy walking distance. Cowboy Stadium is close but I did not walk there so cannot comment. The only thing keeping this from an overall 5 star is the lounge area. I stayed here a few years ago and the lounge was a large area. The last time I stayed the lounge was closed for renovations. I thought that was good as it was a little dated. But the new lounge is too small for a hotel that caters to sports fans and did not seem at all inviting. This is not a comment on staff as I did not purchase anything. The only other negative was digital channels were pixelated. This happened a different Dallas area hotel also, so it may have been the satellite service. May 6, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice hotel for conventions, average service This hotel is nicely-appointed and is attached to a convention center, which makes it convenient when one is attending events. However, any requests for basic services such as early check-in, late check-out, etc. were essentially ignored. Any calls to request such services to customer service or guest services were promptly denied, however very politely. In addition, the hallways were extremely loud with several young people talking and partying outside of their rooms well into the wee hours of the morning. As I travel very frequently for business and am a rewards member of several major hotel chains, I had expected a higher level of customer service and quality from a Sheraton family hotel. I was surprised to be disappointed. March 31, 2014
