Room in the Tower building is small by today's standards. TV was broken and could not be fixed; toilet seat was broken as well. Towels are thick but small. On the positive side, it's a good location and staff was friendly.

The bathtub had mold in all of the corners. The the water drain in the tub was entirely loose and the fixture that controlled the drain was half way out of the wall. The heating/airconditioning unit rattled incessantly.

was unabale to log on to internet even though I was told I had access.
TV was not functioning well - has sound but no picture on some channels
would be good to have small refrigerator for those who have extended stay

Stayed at this hotel from Nov.28 to Dec. 1. Was told at check-in and check-out that a copy of my bill would be emailed to me. Today Dec. 3 I still have not received it. Am very disappointed at this lack of service.

Very nice room with the exception that the handle to turn on water in tub/shower was not tightly connected and repeatedly fell off. Rather heavy so lucky it didn't hit my foot. Other than this great room and hotel.

Rooms were old and smelled horrific. Lack of hot water in the AM. When you used the toilet the sink would gurgle for a good hour after.
Not what you would expect from an SPG property.
However, the gym was nice.

This was a pretty nice hotel in a very active part of downtown Denver. The restaurant adjacent to the lobby was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. There are also many nice dining options within walking distance to the hotel. The lobby was incredibly spacious and quite nice. Too bad they charge for Internet in rooms, though it is free in the lobby.
I stayed in a 650 sq ft corner room. It was nice but the space could have been put to much better use with additional furniture and such - had a bit of an empty feel to it. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Decent view from my fourth floor room. I imagine the view is better the higher up you go in the building. Pleasant decor. Starbucks coffee in the room is always appreciated when I stay at a Sheraton.
Parking was expensive at $24 per day but the hotel is in the heart of downtown, so it isn't surprising.
My room was missing a few essentials such as a room service menu and overview of the hotel. Unclear if they forgot this in the room or if they don't offer such a book or if they not offer room service.

Room was nice, but would be small for two people. Room service was excellent...good food and great service. Was not able to connect to the internet although I was told I could. Would definitely stay here again.

Poor service from the person identified as the manager (C. Schuringa) down to the persons at front desk. Poor service appears to be part of the culture here. This will not be my first choice for future stays.

This hotel is huge - it has plenty of space. The staff is helpful & the location is fantastic. Although it has been cleaned up, the bathrooms are still excessively small in the guestrooms. Great gym!

Asked to participate in GREEN Program in exchange for 500 Guest Poiints per night stay, did Green Program for three days and received ZERO Points, front desk CSR could not credit my account upon check-out!

This place is fantastic, it's the best place to stay downtown! Everything you need for a great visit is right there. The rooms, restaurants, the Mall, the "Yard House", it's all there and it's all great.

Went to A Rockies game while we were there. Riding the mall bus woked out great.
Hotel had great restaurants and bars. Air conditioning could have been better, room was cool. thermostat was set on 62.

For an upscale hotel, the room amenities were lacking. No refrigerator, no garbage can liners, cheap single ply toilet paper, poor room lighting, bad iron. I expected more from a luxury hotel.

The staff is very friendly and competent. I've have been staying here for some years now, and the level of service is very consistent. Club lounge is very comfortable for work, and the view is great.

Clean hotel in decent location. Rooms are small and have no perks to speak of . You will pay for absolutely everything here. No continential breakfast, coffee or tea etc. Just an OK place to stay.

The bed and bedding was so comfortable I actually looked forward to going to sleep! Also, the concierge was fantastic! Very helpful and accommdating! The staff in general was fantastic.

There was not a mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. The lighting for reading was very poor. The beds were very good and overall the room was accommodating.

The housekeeping staff did not come up to standards of motels. We were very disappointed in the room, bath and overall housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel unless it is of last resort.

THE CHECK IN AT THIS HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. ROOM WAS DOWNGRADED. HAD NO INTERNET SERVICE AND ROOM WAS VERY SMALL AND BELOW AVERAGE. LITTLE HELP FROM THE STAFF, WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
