Rated 2 out of 5 by say no to the Tower I had stayed at this Sheraton before; however, I had not been in a Tower room. The room was small and the bathroom was cramped. the charge for WIFI is absurd...seriously! We were less than impressed. Be aware if you stay at the Downtown Denver location. November 6, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Try to respond to guest requests I asked for an upper floor in a hotel over 20 stories. The choice was not discussed with me. I was given the 10th floor overlooking mechanical equipment. I had to ask for a robe 3 times before 1 was lent to me for my stay. Otherwise the visit was fine. June 24, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost Perfect Everything from the service to the fitness center where outstanding. Only issue was the shower. They improved it while I was there, but it still had weak water pressure and poor performance. I expect more for a hotel that did everything else correctly. September 17, 2012

The housekeeper saw that I had used all of the coffee in the room - she left me additional without my asking for it. That is service! She exceeded my expectations. October 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Conference Stay I stayed at the hotel for our annual conference. Fortunately I stayed in the Tower and that is where our conference took place. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing but all in all I had a good experience. April 28, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great Downtown location Tower rooms are very old style including the furniture. Beds are very comfortable and clean- great for before a business meetings. For a Sheraton, I was not impressed with the facilities. Definitely adequate for business, close to everything downtown. October 6, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Club Level room We were disappointed in with the club level. It was not worth the extra money. The appetizers ran out early at the social hour and were not replenished. Could use much improvement on the "extras" that come with the club level. April 6, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Company meeting Our company held our NSM for 5 days and the hotel and the staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, a little outdated but comfy. the food was really good and they catered to all our needs, breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. Great Job! February 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor guest service - run down hotel I stayed at this hotel for one night and was not only disappointed in my stay but also disappointed in the treatment I received after my stay. My tub backed up at 11:00 p.m. and when I called the front desk for assistance, I was told engineering would be coming to my room to check out the problem. After waiting 50 minutes for someone to come, I called the front desk back and was treated poorly and was not given an apology for the lack of someone not coming to my room after waiting 50 minutes. I was reluctantly given a different room for the night but not offered any help in my move, which consisted of making two trips to a different floor at midnight. I finally got settled into my new room but not before noticing a very strong musty smell in the room and the A/C didn't seem to work property. At this point I didn't care because I was tired. At checkout I explained the situation and was given an apology but that was about it - no offer to compensate me for my problems. The hotel was contacted again after my stay and was told nothing could be done for me. So I sit here with a poor taste in my mouth about this hotel. And there is no way this is a 4 star hotel from the way I was treated or by the appearance. The door in my bathroom was kicked in and instead of repairing the problem, they simply painted over the problem. The wallpaper in the hallway was also repaired but with masking tape - not even tried to repair it correctly. Dogs are allowed in the hotel and makes for a very loud evening if you are next to one barking when you are trying to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at anytime. July 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great staff here They accommodated every need and were extremely friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient, saddled between 16th St. Mall and the Capitol. The fitness center is also much larger than any other hotel's I've been to and is well-equipped. June 13, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great beds, endless hallways Be sure ask for a room in the vicinity of the elevators. There is only one set per floor and the hallways are endless if your room is in the far hallway. The bed was great and they offer a "Green Option" (no housekeeping) - very nice to see that. Rated 4 out of 5 by Parts Were Great I was there for a pretty large conference. My company was sponsoring the event. The banquet staff & food was excellent. The meeting coordinators were great. I was very disappointed in the lobby restaurant however. On my departure morning I dined at breakfast time by myself. I was placed in the absolute very back corner of a large open space. It was actually funny seeing all the single people sitting around the outside edge of the dining room. My waiter was inattentive. I asked for something and never received it. He finally showed up after I had finished my meal. The lady sitting next to me requested some brown sugar for her oatmeal. Not a difficult request. The waiter (same one) just looked over toward the buffet and told her he did not see any. I was mad for her and told the waiter to go ask the chef for the brown sugar. It was amazing how unhelpful he was. They call this a “service” industry?? By the way...there was not a manager stationed at the front of the restaurant (perhaps another problem) or I would have said something to him/her. May 7, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is located in the best place. We were in Denver for 3 days. We never had to worry about staff or others around. I am always happy to be able to walk everywhere instead of having to take a taxi. There were so many things to see & do right in there area. Would stay again!! May 7, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Very nice hotel We enjoyed our stay but we booked the room for 4 and it was set up for 2 as far as towels, cups, coffee. We did not enjoy the alarms going off 4 times during the evening. Made it very hard for sleeping late into the night and early morning. January 1, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by stuffy rooms, uncomfortable bedding They do not use fitted sheets and the sheets they do use are too small for the beds. They do not even tuck in at the bottom of the mattress. Temperature control of room is very unsatisfactory. Basically I was unable to sleep either night. October 7, 2013
