Booked this hotel for my trip to denver for my birthday. Checked in and paid 480 dollars. Booked my room in advance with parking and breakfast included. However got charged an additional 70 for breakfast then another 40 for parking.
The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night so I woke up sweating. I ordered breakfast the night before and it was to be delivered between 6-615 and it showed up at 625. I would of stayed elsewhere if I would of known I would nd up paying 600 dollars and not being able to have air at night and double pay for parking and breakfast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SJC55 Largest Hotel in Downtown Denver!
Love this hotel! The rooms are huge and the staff is great. The location is wonderful and easy. Denver can be very expensive to rent cars and parking and traffic is horrible, however, you can get the train from DIA for $9 to Union Station and walk across the street to the FREE Mallride and get off right at the doorstep of the hotel on 16th Street. Having a Peet's Coffee and Yard House Restaurant attached to the hotel is so convenient. You can walk up 16th street and get anything you need just by walking a few blocks. The workout room is amazing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by psu2011 This hotel was far below expectations
As a frequent traveler I almost always choose to stay at SPG properties; however after my recent experience at this hotel I may no longer take a chance with SPG. During my stay the comforter on my bed was covered in some kind of dirt/mold that was very disgusting and completely unacceptable.

As a very frequent traveler (Plat for Life) this hotel set up was very confusing. I consider myself a fairly intelligent guy but I felt like I was going up and down tunnels to find the right elevator. Other than that hotel is very blah. That said, location is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1Month Winning Staff & Location
The staff at Sheraton Denver Downtown is prepared to attend to your every need. You can tell that the hotel takes time to teach its staff and give them the tools they need to complete their tasks. I would specifically like to thank Brian in Club Lounge for taking care of my family while I was away at meetings AND Mrs. Lucy in Laundry for her attention and care.
The location is perfectly situated on 16th Street where the shops, restaurants, and free shuttle is available. Local museums are within walking distance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ZiZhang I really don't like the services
I have stayed in this hotel for couple times due to this hotel is the preferred choice of my project. Otherwise, I wouldn't stay in this hotel. Here are the issues:
1. There was one time I have to walk back and forth between front desk and room 3 times in order to have the key card to be able to access to the room. This was really troublesome for me when I have to carry luggage during my travel day in which I had to wake up around 5:00a.m.
2. Today, I had to wait for about 45 minutes at Bell of Service to check out my luggage. Staffs are not responsive at all.
3. I used to get Club Lounge or Concierge when I booked the room by myself due to I am a corporate guest. When I booked the room through Sheraton representative, I lost my Club Lounge access. The offer is inconsistent. When I talked to the front desk and call the Help Desk, they are unprofessional and made me feel bad.
