I was impressed with the room size. Check-in was quick and efficient. Restaurant was very nice. Elevator service was the fastest I've experienced. Location was close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay at the Sheraton next time I'm in Denver.

The room accomodations were great. The meeting space was nice and fit all of our needs. The event and catering staff were very accomodating and made sure all of our needs were met. Steven and Jessica and all of the event and catering staff were great!

The only major problem was the restaurant pricing. The prices were very high such that we did not buy a single meal during our 3 days at the hotel. The 16 st mall restaurants had better value.
Unfortunately the parking "card reader" system did not work.

This is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in for a convention.
The housekeeping and service staff were immediately there to meet our requests and the service center checked to see that all had been taken care of in a timely fashion.

I had stayed at this Sheraton before; however, I had not been in a Tower room. The room was small and the bathroom was cramped. the charge for WIFI is absurd...seriously! We were less than impressed. Be aware if you stay at the Downtown Denver location.

The experience began with a wonderfully responsive staff. The accommodations met my expectations and the room staff were very responsive to guests questions and needs/
I would recommend this facility to anyone traveling to the Denver area.

Everything from the service to the fitness center where outstanding. Only issue was the shower. They improved it while I was there, but it still had weak water pressure and poor performance. I expect more for a hotel that did everything else correctly.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was awesome. They were friendly and thoughful. The housekeeper saw that I had used all of the coffee in the room - she left me additional without my asking for it. That is service! She exceeded my expectations.

I asked for an upper floor in a hotel over 20 stories. The choice was not discussed with me. I was given the 10th floor overlooking mechanical equipment. I had to ask for a robe 3 times before 1 was lent to me for my stay. Otherwise the visit was fine.

1)Door out of plumb so stuck when trying to open or close.
2)TV remote almost worthless, buttons had to be pushed too hard & still not working
3)Room not vacuumed between previous renter
4)No sweetners or creamers when checked into room

Tower rooms are very old style including the furniture. Beds are very comfortable and clean- great for before a business meetings. For a Sheraton, I was not impressed with the facilities. Definitely adequate for business, close to everything downtown.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights (July 29-30) and checked out on July 30th which at that time I got a receipt showing that I paid for two nights. A couple of weeks later while reviewing my credit card statement I noticed that this hotel billed me for two additional days August 1st and August 2nd even though I had already checked out. When I called to get this issue resolved I could not talk to a live person but kept getting a message that the business hours were from 8AM to 5 PM Monday-Friday even though I was calling during that time. I finally got someone to call me back and supposedly they told me this was an error and they would take care of it. At this time I am waiting to see if the charges are reversed on my credit card statement.
I have stayed at many of hotels over the years but I have never been charged for additional nights after I checked out. It seems that the hotel was hoping that I would not catch the extra charges on my credit card since the reversed it right away after I contacted them. I do not think that I will be staying at this hotel or any Sheraton hotels anytime soon even though they are a preferred provider for my company.

My stay at the Denver, Downtown Sheraton was just a delight. Only glitch was getting out of the parking garage when my conference was done. Way to long a wait.

The front desk staff and the valets cannot be beat! They gave great suggestions for restaurants, things to see and do, and directions. And everyone had a smile on their face. And of course, the beds are soooo comfortable.

From the time I entered the hotel I felt welcomed. The lobby was clean and neat; the rooms was spacious, beds were very comfortable. While I was there I was attending a conference in the hotel. The meeting rooms were very well set up and clean.

Just spent 3 days at Denver
Sheraton. Great location for working at convention center. Plenty of activities / Restaurant's / and Nightlife within walking distance. Hotel staff will gladly help with any other transportation needs.

I really liked the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful but I was there for work and bought the most expensive wireless internet connection but it was very slow. If you depend on internet for work, might think twice on staying there.

They accommodated every need and were extremely friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient, saddled between 16th St. Mall and the Capitol. The fitness center is also much larger than any other hotel's I've been to and is well-equipped.

Great location for an extended business stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Wish that you didn't have to go down an elevator/escalator to reach the tower rooms. Great having the Yard House right there too. Can't wait to come back and visit.

Arrived around 3pm after driving 7 hours to be told our room was not ready, they said they were at capacity the night before... waited for 1 - 1/2 hours before our room was ready and all we got was they were sorry, so much for SPG recognition :-(

Be sure ask for a room in the vicinity of the elevators. There is only one set per floor and the hallways are endless if your room is in the far hallway. The bed was great and they offer a "Green Option" (no housekeeping) - very nice to see that.

very average hotel - surprised by the layout of the room very awkward. room was clean but did not feel upscale for a Sheraton. Slightly disappointed overall. No room service per front desk although there were food trays in hall.

The staff treat you like you are a young punk their to cause problems. This use to be our regular place to go, but due to their new attitude toward their customers we will never return. Hotel is very clean except black mold substance in showers.

My one night stay was fine. This place is on the older side and caters to conventions, so individual travelers can get lost in the shuffle. But still a good place with fine service. Room was a little on the small side. Location was great for me.

4. Valet upon departure was a mess
5. Out of brown sugar in club b-fast.. Need to just go get more when a guest asks.

Our company held our NSM for 5 days and the hotel and the staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, a little outdated but comfy.
the food was really good and they catered to all our needs, breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. Great Job!

I was there for a pretty large conference. My company was sponsoring the event. The banquet staff & food was excellent. The meeting coordinators were great. I was very disappointed in the lobby restaurant however. On my departure morning I dined at breakfast time by myself. I was placed in the absolute very back corner of a large open space. It was actually funny seeing all the single people sitting around the outside edge of the dining room. My waiter was inattentive. I asked for something and never received it. He finally showed up after I had finished my meal. The lady sitting next to me requested some brown sugar for her oatmeal. Not a difficult request. The waiter (same one) just looked over toward the buffet and told her he did not see any. I was mad for her and told the waiter to go ask the chef for the brown sugar. It was amazing how unhelpful he was. They call this a “service” industry??
By the way...there was not a manager stationed at the front of the restaurant (perhaps another problem) or I would have said something to him/her.
