A very large hotel, but lacking customer service and attention to detail. Rooms are ok but bathrooms ridiculously small. The closet doors were missing in my room. No full length mirror. No housekeeping on the first day - I had to request to have my room cleaned twice. I expected a spa on premesis for such a large hotel but there isn't one. Can get a clean, decent sized room with better amenities and better service for less money elsewhere.

This is a very large hotel with two towers. Attention to detail is lacking. The complimentary bottle of water in my room had already been opened. The bathroom sink was backwards (right faucet was hot water and the left faucet was cold water)

I have stayed at several Starwood properties in the past to include St. Regis, Westin. Aloft, W and Sheraton and was always treated fabulous. I am going to assume that this visit was just a 'one time' experience.
I stayed at the Sheraton Denver Downtown for a 4 day forensic nurse conference. The conference was located at the same venue. I can understand why I was assigned a discounted room as this conference brought 900 people to the area.
My room had NO refrigerator. I had to go 5 days with out a refrigerator. I had to toss out my cold snacks I brought.
The air conditioner did not work well. I had the thermostat set at 63 degrees and it was still humid. During the night the AC unit started making a constant loud BANG BANG BANG sound. I got up and pounded on it until it quit.
I checked in on a Thursday afternoon and shortly thereafter I used the toilet and it flooded all over the bathroom floor (it was not me that obstructed it)
I called the front desk to report the issue and a very nice man came up right away. He repaired the toilet and used towels to mop up the water. That was it. No environmental service to disinfect the floor.
The WiFi in the room was not guest friendly. There was not WiFi available in the conference space.
The coffee in the room was great

The staff is great. The hotel is real nice. Also it is in the heart of Denver and only about an hour away from the ski areas. The only issue was the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing.

Booked this hotel for my trip to denver for my birthday. Checked in and paid 480 dollars. Booked my room in advance with parking and breakfast included. However got charged an additional 70 for breakfast then another 40 for parking.
The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night so I woke up sweating. I ordered breakfast the night before and it was to be delivered between 6-615 and it showed up at 625. I would of stayed elsewhere if I would of known I would nd up paying 600 dollars and not being able to have air at night and double pay for parking and breakfast.

Love this hotel! The rooms are huge and the staff is great. The location is wonderful and easy. Denver can be very expensive to rent cars and parking and traffic is horrible, however, you can get the train from DIA for $9 to Union Station and walk across the street to the FREE Mallride and get off right at the doorstep of the hotel on 16th Street. Having a Peet's Coffee and Yard House Restaurant attached to the hotel is so convenient. You can walk up 16th street and get anything you need just by walking a few blocks. The workout room is amazing!
