Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Starwood Property I have been to Front desk lady was rude to me when I explained to her that I had booked a suite and not the standard room she was trying to give me. Suite had a wet floor for first two days of our arrival (leak)? and their only solution was to put a very noisy box fan over it. Room old, dated, had the smell of 20 year old cigarette smoke in it. Housekeeping just terrible - no shampoo / soap refills, no clean sheets even when requested, not very friendly either. In room dining was pretty good, but inconsistent (waffles with whipped cream and jam one day; same order next day had no whipped cream or jam??). This was a business trip and at least 1/2 of our staff were overcharged at check out - huge charges outwith the incidentals which have caused some co-workers overdraft fees and bounced checks. Yet to receive apology. Would never stay in again. Events side of things were surprisingly as good if not better than what I am used to. But the hotel... terrible. September 27, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay and excellent customer service!! My wife and I stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday. The staff was awesome and very responsive. I have to give big Kudos to Kristina as she went above and beyond in making sure our stay was awesome. Also a big shout out to Cindy the front desk manager and Ryan the VP as they to were exceptional in making our stay great. September 5, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost perfect I stayed at this hotel for Afest 2016, and my stay was almost perfect. We were able to get a fridge and a microwave in the room which was FANTASTIC! The only minor annoyance was that I'm not sure the hotel was fully prepared for the amount of luggage people actually bring to these cons. So upon checking in, getting a cart was difficult, but not nearly as difficult as it was upon check out. My check out was at noon, and I had two other people staying in the room with me. I tried calling down for a cart, (dialing zero) but the phone kept ringing so I walked down to the concierge. The concierge told me that he couldnt send a cart up until we were ready to walk out of the room; which i thought was pretty silly because I would have pushed that thing by myself, but i understand policies. Anyways, so i go back up to the room and wait for my friends to get ready. I called down for a cart and they told me it'd be 10-15 minutes. We ended up waiting 50 minutes for a cart, which was a huge waste of time that could have been spent enjoying the convention. Also, Parking isnt free for guests, which I feel is absurd. Overall, it was a fairly decent stay though. August 15, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic hotel experience I have been staying here for the past 10 weeks and I must say everything has been fantastic. I was a bit nervous the first day I checked in as the room I was put in had a leaking toilet, but everything has been great ever since. After 2 weeks the front desk staff knew me by name and were truly accommodating and often went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had stayed at a few other SPG properties in Dallas, but none compare to the Sheraton (except perhaps the rooftop pool at the W!) July 30, 2016
